Service Dept is very disappointing, not helpful at all
Service Dept is very disappointing, not helpful at all and hang up on me while asking for my second key for my new car. They keep telling me to wait for a letter but it’s been 5 mos now since I bought the car. I have not received any letter or notice. The finance dept sucks too, trying hard to get sell me warranty that I don’t even need. He try to keep me longer thinking I would give up. He was pissed off that he was not able to convince me. Don’t go to this dealership

I took my car to envision dealer for a simple engine oil
I took my car to envision dealer for a simple engine oil change.and I dropped off the car 10:15 am and I got a call at 4:00 pm. I was told the break fluid was dirty by Mike Tran and needed to be replaced for 375.00 which I rejected the service. I took my car to local mechanic shop for a check, and they told me the fluid was super clean. They will charge 180.00 if it needed in the future. WHAT A LIE BY ENVISION !!!!!

Without a doubt, this dealership stands out as the most disappointing one I've ever encountered. Undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I was looking to buy a new car and I requested lease information multiple times and they kept giving me the runaround. They insisted that I need to come in and do an application so that they can build the pricing of the vehicle. And I was absolutely shocked to get an email from a Frank Drew that read "I already told you in plain English. The pricing quotes era has changed due to the inflation in the market. Your loss" Whatever happened to professional behavior? Absolutely rude. I have bought Toyotas before and NEVER had such a bad experience. Other businesses strive to treat and serve their customers to the best of their abilities,

Avoid this place and go to a different Toyota dealership. It's a shady business they have going on here. I financed a 2022 Toyota tundra in September of 2022. It was priced $54,169. Finance manager Jericho Espiritu promised that I was going to leave out the door with the MSRP price. I trusted him because he made the process go smoothly. I later realized I shouldn't have and should have double-checked every step of the way until finalizing my contract. I believe him and the dealership to take care of me 100%. Such was not the case. It wasn't untill the loan account was completely set up that I noticed irregularities. I looked over my contract and found that I was $10,000 over the price wa agreed upon. $64,169. I reached out immediately to get this issue resolved, but I got the run around. I requested to talk to the general manager. I was told i have to make an appointment. I was told they would reach out to me to make the appointment. I was never contacted. 3 months later, still no word from Jericho or anyone else. I had some complications in life and ended up with disability that made it hard for me to continue daliy routines, so unfortunately, I had to put this in the back burner. On May 23rd of 2023, I was able to go back into the dealership to talk to someone im person. I then found out Jericho was no longer with the company. I spoke to another finance manager. Which was no help at all. I didn’t get a chance to get his name because he seemed more frustrated that I came with a concern rather than to purchase a vehicle. He tried to justify the amount by looking into the documents in some kind of file. When he realized that I was in fact overcharged, he lied about some papers being missing and he didn't know how. Once he was out of arguments, he told me there was nothing they could do. He asked me what my position would be if the roles were reversed. He basically openly admitted to have screwed me and that it was too bad because the deal was done, and it sucked to be me. He mentioned that they do a 5-10k mark up. I asked why didn’t Jericho advise me of these mark ups, and he gave me no answer. I told him I was going to consult someone about this, and he said “do what you gotta do” I should also mention that they lied about some of the features the truck had. Feel free to contact me at 650 814-9973 if you have doubts about my experience. I'll gladly provide proof. I have pictures, paperwork and unanswered emails to share. We learned our lesson the hard way and the unpleasant way, I suppose. I do not recommend this place to anyone, AND I'll never go back in the future.

very bad experience with that dealer evasion toyota milpitas have sales staff that change prices and steal from you when you sign later you take out your bills and look at hidden things that are not yours to pay and you go to have them explain to you and you don't fix anything you almost run out the general manager tells you to your face you already signed without being explained it's bad that man they have to check that dealer and not go shopping

Sleazy
I had a terrible experience with Kenneth Lee and other employees. On 06/07, I placed a $2k deposit on a $14k Prius (which they tried to upsell to $30k! see below) to have a mechanic inspect the car on 06/09. I scheduled the inspection and they sold the car the next day. Pls never place a deposit at this dealership, it's meaningless and is a hassle to get back. They told me I had to come in to get my deposit back, as I could be an impostor! I then told them they need to refund me by EOD (06/09) or I'd file a credit card dispute, they said they'd process the refund on 06/12. They're open on the weekend so it's not because of that, they just decided to disrespect my time and money. Earlier during the negotiation, they did a hard credit pull despite my paying with cash and their saying it'd be a soft pull. Then despite my credit score being ~760, they tried to ask me to finance with 0% down at 9% APR for 60m! They said I can pay off today with no interest, so I think it's just their way of trying to get commission from the bank for financing. When I tried to look up why they'd do this, the finance manager said I was wasting his time and that his multi-million dollar business would not do anything shady. Nobody thought Bernie Madoff or SBF was shady either :) They had the audacity to try to sell me $9k worth of options and $7k worth of warranty/service, on a $14k car! The salesman didn't push it on the options, but the finance manager tried to push the warranty/service package for 15m. This was my first dealership experience, and needless to say I bought a Tesla the same day. No markups and no dealing with sleazy people.

I had a scheduled service appointment at Envision Toyota
I had a scheduled service appointment at Envision Toyota at 10:45 AM and arrived 10 minutes early. As I peered through the glass wall, I saw that 6+ service managers were just engaged in idle conversation. After 15 minutes, a service manager stepped out to attend to the car in the line closest to the door, even though I had arrived first. When I picked up my car at 2:30 PM, we went over the recommendations. Since my last service, I was advised to have the car air filter and cabin filter replaced, but I hadn't. This service only mentioned the fuel filter which was about $250.00. I also noticed that my car wasn't washed, even though I had called twice to confirm the offer of a free car wash on Wednesdays. When I asked the service manager, he said he hadn't been informed. He asked if I could wait another 45 minutes, so I agreed. They basically sprayed the car and brought it back. The business operations are poor, customer service is horrible and maintenance service integrities at Envision Toyota are all highly questionable. I cannot recommend this dealer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, in one word TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. A FEW WEEKS AGO WE RECEVED A CALL FROM ENVISION TOYOTA OF MILPITAS, THEY SAY THEY HAVE HAD THE CAR THAT WE MIGHT BE INTRESTED IN, SO WE PAID THE DEPOSIT TO GO AND GRAB THE VEHICLE THE FOLLING DAY, WE DROVE TO THE DEALERSHIP TO PICK UP THE CAR, WE HAD 15 MINUTES TO ARRIVE THE CALLED US SAYING THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD, THE WE FOUND OUT THAT SOMEBODY HAD PAID EXTRA, AND THEY SOLD IT TO THAT PERSON AND LIED TO US ABOUT THE CAR NOT BEING AVAILABLE, THEY PROMISED US TGAT THEY GIVE US ANOTHER CAR WITH SAME DEAL, WE WENT WITH A PERSONAL BANK PRE APPROVAL, AND THEY OFFERED US TO GO WITH THEIR OFFER WICH WAS 6,99 INTREST RATE, WE GOT APPROVED AND TOOK THE CAR, THE DAY AFTER THEY FOUND OUT THAT OUR BANK WAS 9,8 INTREST RATE, THEY START CALLING AND FORCING US TO EITHER RETURN THE CAR OR SING THE NEW CONTRACT WITH 9,8 INTREST RATE, IT IS A scam place
