Overpriced and horrible sales people

Was looking at Cadillac and noticed the price increased over $3k since originally listed over 30 days ago. Talked to 2 different sales people and was told each time a week apart the vehicle had sold. The vehicle is still available. Not sure why they’d lie. Seems pretty shady.

Price quoted is well above the price from the Toyota website. I feel the typical dealership pressure to over-pay.

Came by the lot on 11/23/2022 to check out a 2022 Corolla SE. I did my research on the car and had a price in mind and a down ready to go. Sticker price was avg and I asked the salesperson if they had any specials going on and he responded that they did but the dealership had a markup of 4-5k on ALL new cars. WTH! Was expecting some markup but not to that extent. Salesperson said it was negotiable but depended if it made sense to the dealership. So basically MSRP + the 1k destination charge and as much of a markup as they can get from the customer due to the current shortage blah, blah, blah (which is bs). Salesperson seemed pretty uninterested in making any deals or even trying to get my business so I just walked away. Waste of time coming to this dealership.

I have great appreciation for services provided by the...

I have great appreciation for services provided by the representatives of Piercey Toyota, Milpitas. I always like to go to this service facility, not only because it is very close to my residence but because of their customized excellent services. Most of the time I had chance to be attended by Mr. Jazz or Mr. Patel. They are, not only humble and courteous only, but well knowledgeable of auto repair services. I wish them good luck!
