Buying my RAV4 Hybrid at Piercey Toyota was really a positive buying experience. If you go there, I'll recommend contacting Pari Juergens. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and comfortable to speak with. I did some research, so I had an idea what car and features I wanted, and the test drive confirmed that. Thanks to Pari the whole process of buying Toyota was smooth and efficient, and I didn't feel any rushing or pressure. Negotiations were respectful and we came to terms fairly quickly. Going through paperwork at the Insurance and Financial departments didn't take long and the officers were professional and friendly (shame on me - I can't remember their names). Also, when everything was done, Pari offered to drive my new Toyota to my house. It was getting late and the drive was pretty long. I accepted the offer with great appreciation as I was alone at the dealership and wasn't trading in my old car. If it wasn't for Pari's help, I wouldn't be able to complete everything in one day. We were driving three cars to my home - I was driving my old car, Alejandro, another agent, was driving my new car and Pari followed us in her truck to bring Alejandro back. All that obviously wasn't mandatory and it really made my car buying experience at Piercey Toyota extra special.

I came to this dealer many time from 2010 when I bought...

I came to this dealer many time from 2010 when I bought my Toyota Rav-4..But this is my first time I did come without an appointment !!! I called for my service a week before but never can get the return call for appointment of service !!! I called again and somebody hung up my phone !! At that time I did not know what to do, at last I just can drive there , but lucky..I met my service guy who help me a lot...

I've always used Piercy. Since Covid sip, I'm scared to...

I've always used Piercy. Since Covid sip, I'm scared to come in because each time I come in, people do NOT have their masks on and I have to shout at them and talk to the service manager. I'm a disabled senior and resent that they think it's funny when I ask, tho the service mgr did get on the com and tell his guys to put on their masks. My service rep Huong is no longer there - staying home taking care of her kids during the covid sip. She knew me and my car. Ricardo looked up my car and said I NEEDED some service. Since these are items I normally got during big service (like 100K), I didn't know if I needed it or not. I'm retired and no longer commuting so I am not driving as much. I did them any way. Spending over $600 is a hardship for me. But the only way I can make my 20 yr car work to 25 or more years is to keep up the maintenance. If they made the camry or corrolla like they did in 2000, I'd buy another. My sister and nephew bought the new ones in 2019, and I don't like them. Too darn big. I ramble cause I'm a grouchy old lady now.

employee stepped in oil and left partial footprint on the...

employee stepped in oil and left partial footprint on the driver side tan colored carpet, took me an hour to clean with dawn, hot water and scrub brush to remove stain. Service tag number was crumpled up and left on passenger seat, chair adjustment was changed. Service sheet and inspection report inconsistent: asked for rotate tires but not checked off on inspection report, was it done? Walter was courteous, and waiting area was clean.

Went here first since it was close to home. Rod, sales manager was arrogant. Doesn’t listen to what clients want, even cuts me off when I’m speaking! So no, I do not recommend buying a car here if you want your experience to be stress free

Transmission sensor issue

Took a couple of tests to determine the issue but eventually found the problem. Should be good for now. Service Rep kept me informed/updated. Diagnostics were expensive but hopefully worth it
