TOTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi highly recommend Piercey Toyota in Milpitas for service. I have used them for years and would never go anywhere else. They are reliable, reasonably priced and they care about us, their customers. I have never been disappointed with the service they provide. I usually deal with Mike Tran, and he is top notch! I can;t say enough good things about him!!

Great Service 150K

Miguel Lopez is always very helpful in deciding which service is more important when you're on a budget. That's is why we always return, we trust Miguel as our service advisor and appointments are always easy to get service is quickly done.

100,000 mile service

A bit more expensive than I hoped it would be, but they always do a good job. Very clean and careful during COVID. Surprised that I had a nail in one tire and a cut in another, but they took care of it!

Bad customer service in the sales department

This one star is for the sales department. The salesman was nice at the beginning but once we tried to negotiate for the price, him and his manager were not helpful at all. They didn't want to bargain with you, they gave you a final price and goodbye. The salesman was inpatient and it was all on his face even he had a mask on. I would not come to this dealership ever again because they are not professional, they give you attitude once they know you are trying to pay less money, and who doesn't negotiate for a better price when shopping a car? Very bad customer service, don't even know how they qualified to be working in the sales department. Even at the end we might not make a deal, they should at least show professionalism instead of showing their ugly temperament.

Reza Khan did a GREAT job !

Reza Khan continues to be the most professional service provider that I have ever known. He is the reason that I go to Piercey Toyota, when I almost went back to Fremont Toyota, which is much closer to my work, almost 9 years ago. He is very thorough, very precise and has an excellent understanding of simple solutions for every day problems with my Car. Reza is the Best ! I look forward to seeing him every time. Excellent service, no issues.

This place is amazing, they always treat you well and provide great service. I live in San Jose and make the drive because of the service.

#10 Service

It took way too long, at least four and a half minutes, to get waited on with _ a reserved timeframe. After check in the service (a minimal oil change and liquids refill) took one hour and thirty-four minutes. Long morning to say the least. Had a 9:40 appointment, drove away at 11:45. Ugh!

Viet was an extremely friendly, as well as knowledgeable Service Advisor. I will definitely return to Piercy Toyota. We have four Toyota’s that I will have Serviced here.

In terms of professionalism, Courtesy, Comfort for customers who are waiting..... I've never been to any car dealer that comes close to meeting Piercey's attributions. I'm thinking of getting a non-Toyota car, but my biggest hesitation is in losing Piersey. Truly the best.
