Desperate Dishonest Dealer.

I have purchased from this dealership chain multiple times and this last one will forever be my last one. I purchased a 2021 Mustang Mach-E new in June of 2021, when I arrived with my check from the bank the Salesman, now the manager Jonathan, tried to changed the deal, saying the deal was only valid if I used their financing. After walking away, he agreed to honor the deal at the agreed upon price. I enjoyed the car so much, I decided to pre-order a premium extended range. Placed my order online, and the order was confirmed with these guys. After placing my order, ford increased the price of the Mach-E. I was assured thru Ford corporate via phone and chat, as well as Jonathan at the dealership multiple times that my price protection was indeed in and once the car arrived “its all handed on our end” as he stays. After 11-months of waiting the Mustang Mach-E arrives and I got to pick it up, and surprise not only will they not honor the price protection, they had an additional $700 sleezy dealer fee on-top of the doc fees and other BS. This resulted in me paying about $3K more than I was expecting and not being grandfathered into the finance promos either. I purchased in cash so that they wouldn’t benefit from any kick-back they would get from the bank on financing and sold my trade-in private sale so they wouldn’t get that either. What this dealership wanted to happen was make my buying experience so bad that I walk away from the deal so they could mark this car up $20-30K over MSRP for some other sucker. All Mach-E, F150 Lightning, and broncos on the lot are listed $20-30K over MSRP. What I believe they did, with me still buying the car, they filed the “smart Vincent” and pocketed the difference. It was a desperate dishonest way to treat any customer, let alone a repeat buyer. I will not buy here, or any AutoFair and will advise anyone looking for a car to avoid these guys.

Not Very Good

Went to autofair the other day just to look at an f150 in person. Salesman was very pushy to me and kept on asking if I was going to take the truck home that night. I kept on telling him that I was just looking. I let them give me a price on my car which was extremely low, from the other offers I had for it. They proceeded to tell me it is because I have aftermarket wheels, which I have the stock ones at home. When I left, someone who drove my car left their trash in it.

The people that dealt with with very helpful and

The people that dealt with with very helpful and pleasant . I traded in a 2008 F-150 which (after 14yrs+) had seen better days. My new truck (2019 F-150) was sold to me for fair price. I also purchased long term warranties to go with it. I am very pleased with service and attention that received . P.C.L.

Very pleasant experience in the rain . Bought new bronco salesman and manager were both very plseant to deal with. The sales guy jumped us as soon as we went through the door. Great job at this dealership

Shady practices

This dealership advertised a 2020 Ford expedition max for $40,999. I didn't live close to the dealership and offer to purchase the vehicle 2 days later and offered to give a deposit for the vehicle. They informed me that they made a mistake on the advertisement and it would be another 1,000. I agreed to the adjusted price. The sales rep told me she would clear it with her manager. After a few minutes she told me that they weren't interested in my business. The next morning they jacked the price up an extra 4,000 in the advertisement for the same vehicle. It appears they are very shady and probably should not be trusted

Dealer is worst experience in a long time getting car

Dealer is worst experience in a long time getting car repairs. My Ford 2013 F150 was having transmission issues. I got an appt. Thursday car was not looked at till Monday. I could not find status out about my truck even when I went physically to dealership. Truck finally gets looked at but they tell me I need new transmission 7,000 and said tires were dry rotted and said I had several oil leaks on and on 10,000 to repair a 2013 truck. I got a second opinion at a transmission repair shop. Price to fix transmission 421 dollars no oil leaks at all the oil leaks were leaking transmission lines which any dealership should have been able to diagnose. Transmission was 6 quarts low out of 12 quarts this was issue with slipping transmission. They didn't even look at my truck but for that privilege they charged me a 165 dollar fee for putting on a transmission diagnostic machine they said. They were very unresponsive to my calls to them to find out information about my vehicle. If you have a transmission issue go to a trusted transmission repair shop things are not always gloom and doom when it comes to transmissions. Don't go to this dealership do yourself a favor.

Horrible dealer to do any thing with.they do not honor msrp and mark up80%.talk about extortion and when confronted they do not care.funny how the other dealers are below msrp but you try to screw people

We worked with Tommy and he was nothing but amazing!

We worked with Tommy and he was nothing but amazing! He worked with us and did not push anything at all. I highly recommend we were in and out quickly and everyone was great.
