Used car deal
Had a good salesman and he helped us find what we needed. HOWEVER... the finance guy I believe deceived us. We asked for one term of financing at a certain price but he sold us some extra protection that brought the overall cost above our original number which we understood, but he sold us the additional coverage and upped the term of our payments by 9 months... said he told us but neither my wife or I remember it that way. I thought it was a bait and switch. Went back in and cancelled all additional coverage and he was clearly pissed we had found him out. Lesson learned ... never buy the additional coverages they sell!! I’ve bought several cars from this dealership, but will probably never buy another one there again because of this experience.

I called and told them what I wanted and they had it ready for me to test drive. They answered all my questions. The process was seamless. They asked me what I felt was a fair deal and we were able to compromise and I felt I got a fair deal. I love my truck. I left with a truck I love and that night I left but it was the start of a long time relationship with this dealer. Mackenzie was so helpful to me. I did not feel pressured.

Pleasant experience
Serviced my 2016 F-250 for a coolant leak, covered under warranty. Called as asked with diagnosis before repair. Called again when done. Received courtesy transportation both ways (10 plus miles each way). Drivers were also courteous and professional.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOFAIR
I had an unbelievable NIGHTMARE experience with AutoFair Honda. I have a formal complaint pending with Honda Corporation. I put down a deposit on a 2 year old Honda Certified Odyssey with 29,000 miles that I was told was like new. Because it was a hard-to-find LX model in the right color, I decided it was worth traveling from out of state to purchase. I figured AutoFair had great reviews and I had the protection of it being Honda Certified, so it would be a slam dunk. I bought a plane ticket and flew out to NH with the intent of driving it back. When I got there, I was shocked to find numerous significant issues with the van that should never be present it a Honda Certified car. The drivers side mirror casing was cracked, there was significant body damage on the passenger side, and the fix was extremely shoddy. An entire panel on the passenger side was a slightly different color of white. The sliding door on the passenger side would hardly close and was not flush when closed. It felt like a huge safety issue for my children would be riding right by that door. There was a major ding in the back and multiple issues with the interior. All this in a Honda Certified car with a thorough 182 point inspection that was positioned to me as like new??? I wasted over $1,000 in travel costs on this. I'm using every bit of clout I have as a loyal Honda owner of 25 years to push my complaint to high levels within Honda Corporation. AutoFair treated the Honda Certified program as a joke and grossly misrepresented the condition of the car. I consider myself a reasonable guy and hardly complain about any interaction with a business, but I would highly recommend avoiding AutoFair.

Ford f150 purchase
overall, the buying process was excellent. I can't say enough good things about my sales person Keith. The finance people were great also. The overall rating was down because the truck was not prepared properly for sale. Keith made them do it again, and it looked terrific when i picked it up. However, when i got home i noticed a large swath of white insulation coming from the dashboard and 'A' pillar on the driver side. This does not speak well to ford's quality control, or to the prep people at auto fair that they missed it. This is my 6th ford pickup, i hope the remainder of the quality is as good as my prior trucks.

Awful service manager
So I took my car about a year ago to service my car the normal stuff oil change, for one they didn't offer me any discount which was part of the deal since I bought the car from them and he added extra services that the car didn't need and gave me an estimate and I told him to take a look at my car and call me with the total amount before servicing it , couple hours later he calls me and he said the car is all set and I owe him 900$ I was like but I told you to call me before servicing it and give an estimate but you went ahead and did it anyways and now I'm stuck with a 900$ bill not to mention that you didn't offer me any discounts or reminded me of any of my coupons that I got when I bought the car? So I got mad and I went a head gave them a bad feedback that they send to my email for me to fill out ,so then they kept harassing me and calling me trying to bribe me by paying 250$ and sent me another survey for me to fill out and basically lie and say that there was no problem and it's taking care off so I refused ,then few months after one of my tires popped so again I took down there and I had a recall that needed to be fixed also off course he tried to rip me off again by saying that I had to change all four tires and it'll cost me about 900 so I took my car to Sullivan tire to get a second opinion and wouldn't you know it they said all my other tires were fine I only need to change that one tire off course I gave them another bad survey , after that I received another recall letter so I called because it's the dealr's responsibility to fix the recall so they scheduled appointment for this morning I took my car down there and the manager refused to service my car because I gave him a bad review in the past and I told him you are my dealer it is your responsibility to fix the recall on my car and he refused to do on top of that he was being extremely rude to me and my boyfriend and I asked him if you weren't willing to fix my car why did you schedule appointment with me and wasted my time and had come all the way down here to tell me that you're not servicing my car ? I have never experienced that in my intire life and I asked to speak to the manager above him he wasn't around so I spoke to another manager and he said that is very odd situation and he had never heard about that before by the way the servicing manger I'm talking about his name is Dan extremely rude person and very unprofessional he shouldn't have this job ,at this point I waiting a call from the higher manager so he can fix this issue ,but I'll never step a foot to that place ever again ., not to mention the miscommunication between them because the same day couple hours later I received a call from one the service department who does the scheduling asking me why I didn't bring my car in today and if need to schedule another appointment .. ARE YOU SERIOUS ?

After the work has been completed they refuse to pay for our services. When asked to pay, we are threatened with bad reviews that would hurt our business. Wow you're such a liar you're guilty and you know it, you lie on top of everything you did to me? I am definitely Calling the cooperate on you and tell them what you did and what your service manager did and how you tried to bribe me and lie about it.

Do not follow through with promises
I was told I would see a $70 rebate in the 4-6 weeks after buying 4 tires for my truck. It's 5 months later and still don't have it. Called asking about it, no return call. Scheduled service, brought my truck in and asked about it, was told we'll get back to you within a week.....a month later, I call and escalate to the Director of Service Dan Woods - I leave him a VM - it's been 3 weeks and still no call. I have spent a boatload of money here over the 7 years of owning my truck - no level of service!
