I wasted two hours of drive time to have a finance

I wasted two hours of drive time to have a finance manager do absolutely nothing to earn our business or maintain our business relationship. We told him our max in what we were willing to spend a month and he couldn’t have cared less, instead playing a slimy salesman counter offer game with us to the point where he had to come out and try and explain how good of a deal 550.00 is on a compact car. We gave done lots of business with these people in years past but this last one, that’s the last one. They had one shot today to be honest and fair and not screw over good customers. I’ve sent many people to them over the last few years. I’ve always had a glowing review about them and the ailing Nissan brand with a bad reputation that I’ve defended. For what? Eric Martin needs a reality check. He’s selling Nissan, not Mercedes. But he doesn’t seem to care mych about business relationships, just swindling. The “please call us” reply is going to be great, because the call I would make would generate nothing positive to secure a sale.

Friendly, no pressure approach, Rob was very informative

Friendly, no pressure approach, Rob was very informative about the Murano and made it easy for me to drive away in a brand new car!

Great service. Brett Petrikas the Service Advisor, was knowledgeable, kept me well informed and up to date on the progress. I would definitely use this dealer again for service.

Customer service is great at Stratham. Very helpful each time we go. Chrissy is a super helpful person and will be seeing her for service. Rob in sales is super nice and friendly as well. I live in ma but will continue using Stratham dealership.
