Our experience with Tarbox Toyota was extremely positive....

Our experience with Tarbox Toyota was extremely positive. Our salesperson, Paul Rocchio, greeted us as we entered the dealership. He sat with us and listened to our needs/wants in a pre-owned vehicle and gave us some ideas of what to look for. He then printed a list of vehicles he had available and went through it with us. He suggested a few that we might want to look at and took us out to look at & drive the ones that we wanted. He was knowledgable about everything he showed us and gave us all the time we needed to look at & test drive the cars we wanted. His demeanor at all times was courteous and professional without being "pushy". He answered all our questions and respected our need to think it over & decide for ourselves overnight. His enthusiasm about Tarbox & the staff was good to see & the dealership was an amazing facility. We ended up purchasing the car Paul recommended to us--a Toyota Prius hybrid that we liked right from the start. Both my husband and I were impressed by both the dealership & Paul in particular. We love our "new" car and can see where we will be driving it for many years. We had heard good things about Tarbox from other friends & were not disappointed. SATISFIED CUSTOMER

We purchased a 2011 Camry from Tarbox Toyota two years ago and were happy with its dependability and performance. After watching a television ad for the new Avalon, we were interested in seeing it. This past Wednesday, while driving to get lunch we passed Tarbox Toyota and decided to check out the new Avalon. We had no intention to buy a car at this time. We were greeted at the door by Jess Camp who directed us to the Avalon in the parking lot. He asked if we would like to take the car for a ride, and he explained all the features of the car. It was love at first sight! He took us into the showroom and explained all the particulars of this beautiful car. We decided to purchase it at this time, because Jeff took care of everything and made it so easy for us. Jess, the manager and the staff made us feel comfortable. Everything went so smoothly. Tarbox Toyota and it's staff treat their customers like family. In our opinion, Jess Camp is the ultimate salesman, making everthing run smoothly and making us feel comfortable. We drove away knowing we made the right decision. The next day, Jess called and asked if we had any questions and assured us he would be available to answer any questions. We would recommend Tarbox Toyota and Jess Camp when purchasing your next Toyota.

Very good dealership. It is a new state of the art facility, with a wide inventory, and competitive pricing. Salesman was very knowledgeable and accommodating, no high pressure tactics.

Positive Experience at Tarbox

Our family has purchased and/or leased several vehicles from Tarbox over the last few years and we?ve had nothing but good experiences with the dealership. We recently made another purchase and again had a very positive experience. Our sales consultant, Anthony Turchetta, was extremely helpful in making sure all of our requirements were met, fully explained what our options were, went through all of the vehicle options and explained them and did so while being very pleasant and not trying to sell something we didn?t want. The dealership as a whole is very pleasant and accommodating from the management, to sales, to the service department and we wouldn?t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Kudos for the Tarbox Toyota Team

Over the years my husband and I have purchased many, many cars, and our experiences with various dealers has been interesting. We recently bought a 2013 Toyota Prius and I must say it was a very happy occasion. Our sales consultant, Anthony Turchetta, provided us with plenty of good information, and was most cordial, competent and courteous. There was no "hard sell" as we have experienced at some dealerships. The financing was clearly explained and the car of our choice was readied in short order. A tour of the new facility was given while we waited for that to be done, and I was reassured by the sense of history and community the building reflects as well as the many amenities available for the customers. When our new car was ready, Mr. Turchetta kindly went over the features once more and even helped us clean out our trade-in and set up the Bluetooth, loading all of our phone contact information into the data base. We are very happy with our new automobile and with the professional Toyota Tarbox Team.

Great Deal on 2013 Toyota Tacoma Truck

Recently purchased a 2013 Tacoma Toyota Access Cab 4WD V6 truck from Tarbox Toyota. Great deal on the truck and very good trade-in on my 2004 Tacoma. I really enjoyed doing business with the salesman John Denadal. Very professional, knowledgable, and a geniune "nice guy"

From start to finish, the entire experience with Tarbox Hyundai was wonderful - their staff is professional, courteous and efficient. The website is easy to maneuver and the exchange and finance transactions went smoothly. I would highly recommend Tarbox Hyundai to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle.

Great experience

This is my second car from Tarbox. My first car was a Hylander (2003) which is now in the capable hands of my oldest grandchildren. It is in very good condition and has gone 146 thousand miles. It has never had a major repair except to have some belt replaced at 100,000 miles. Needless to say when I started shopping for a new car, I went right back to Tarbox and again was very satisified with my salesman, John Morrissey, and with the rest of the staff.

Great service and customer's treatment.

Was looking to buy a small SUV. Visited two dealerships, and at Tarbox Toyota I met with Bill Derby who showed me around the car lot with smile and professionalism and went ou of his way to make me feel comfortable without one ounce of sales pressure. The result was pleasing for both of us. I own a new Rav4 and he consummated a sale. Coming from California, I am surprised that you can still find a sales representative who is honest human, helpful and who puts the customer's interest before his. He is highly recommended by me at Tarbox Toyota.

Very Good Car Buying Experience

I bought my new 2013 Toyota Sienna from Tarbox. I was pleased with the dealership since I bought a 2005 Sienna there, so I gave them the first shot at my repeat business. Frankly, I was not at all pleased with their initial offer, especially since I told them that I did not want to dicker. However, I had done some homework prior to going there and had a few better offers in my pocket that I received online. When I told them that they would have to do better, they responded. I have been satisfied with the service and the dealership over the years so I was glad that they ultimately won my business. It shouldn't have required two trips to the dealership, however, to force them to give me a good price.
