Bought my first car and the sales associate walked me through everything step by step. It's not a place you feel pressured to buy, everyone seems very understanding. I would definitely recommend buying from them.

Salesman not friendly nor helpful. He appeared agitated and made me feel like I was bothering him. I will not go back to this dealership unless I am accompanied by a male. I think Dave has an issue dealing with women in general.

We enjoyed the low stress experience with Edgar Pinto at Tarbox Toyota. We love our new Corolla and will definitely return to Tarbox for another car someday. Thank you!

James was friendly and answered all of my questions about the Scion XD. He was also very patient on the day I picked up the car and he needed to help me set up the Blue Tooth. Sarkis was also friendly and thorough in helping to find the best loan rate. I am extremely happy with my choice in cars and actually I am getting better mpg than advertised !

He was professional and a pleasure to deal with, and the finance department (Alvin) was friendly, informative and through. Everyone at Tarbox was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I told Bill exactly what I was looking for and my budget. He matched me with my new car perfectly. I'm living out of state so I was really nervous about buying a new car without my dad helping me, but Bill made me feel so at ease. He was very knowledgeable about my needs and I felt like I could reall trust him. He was very personable and I didn't feel like I was just being sold something. He really cared and made sure I got what I needed. I LOVE my new car and I am nothing but satisfied with my experience with Bill.

My husband and I went to Tarbox to trade in our GMC Acadia. We were thinking of leasing a Venza but when we met with John Morrissey, the sales consultant, he introduced us to the Rav4. He had so much knowledge of the vehicle and spent the extra time with us finding out what our needs were. The whole process was nothing but thorough. John and his team did not miss a single step and we left with a fabulous new Rav4. We appreciate all the time that John spent with us, he never made it seem like we were keeping him from other customers or like he had to leave. Even at 7:30pm when we were still signing paperwork he was there with us. He hooked up our Bluetooth, called our insurance company and followed up with us the following day to see how we liked the car. Now that is some great service! Thanks John! I would have no problems recommending John or the Tarbox team if you are looking for a new or used car!

I have 2 Toyota dealerships within 20 minutes from my house and I would never step foot in the door. So I tried tarbox and I'm really glad that I did. My salesman was Dave c and he was friendly and helpful and was very courteous and now my wife wants a new one and so I called Dave so I can buy another car from him. .thanks David
