They post a really low price on cars.

They post a really low price on cars.com in hopes you call and they try to get you to visit the dealership than they inform you that price is incorrect and it’s not them listing it at that price it’s cars.com. Shady business

Stay away.

Stay away. Purchased a new 2025 F-150 Raptor last week and it has a bad seal on the driver's door. Salesperson booked me an appointment and when I showed they the rude and condescending person in service stated he needed to keep the truck for 3 days to diagnose the seal and additional time to order parts then do the install. I showed him exactly where it was leaking but he insisted 3 days to diagnose. Only had the truck a week. Cannot wash it or drive in the rain due to the seal and the noise is horrible. They don't care once the purchase is over. Should have gone with Phil Long, Alpine is not worth the drive.

Put my car together.

Put my car together. Stripped bolts, left bolts off of car, took 2 months to fix my car as it sat. Lied about the condition of my car. Will never go back to this dealership again. My husband also bought a brand new F150 and it broke. They let it sit for 1 month without looking at it or fixing it.

Terrible service, communication.

Terrible service, communication. Had to bring back vehicle several times to address small problem. Will never go back.

I had an appointment to come see a vehicle.

I had an appointment to come see a vehicle. This appt was made, the day of call. The appointment was confirmed 1 hr before. When I arrived the vehicle I came to see was not there. The salesman told me it was sent to auction the day before. He then told me that Volkswagens were not good cars, that I shouldn’t buy one.

WORST EVER If negative stars were an option, that would be my review. This dealership is beyond awful. I’ve been left hanging for over 3 months now dealing with issues on a car I purchase in Dec 2024. NO ONE calls you back - if you call the dealership you get transferred around. Everyone I dealt with in Dec no longer works there. They charged me for 3 warranties and will now not rectify anything. Nothing but issues and mechanical problems with the vehicle. Worst experience ever. Total fraud and horrible service.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS - SALES AND SERVICE

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS - SALES AND SERVICE THE WORST! We bought a brand new $80k+ loaded Ford F150 from this dealership. What a mistake. We ordered it as they didn't have what we wanted in stock. It took over a year to finally get it and ordered correctly. They did not keep us updated as to the status at all, wouldn't return phone calls, etc. The only updates we would get were directly from Ford. Then when the truck came in and we went in to take delivery, they wanted to increase the price that we had agreed upon as they said they could sell it to other people for more money. After having to escalate the situation to the GM and finally they agreed to sell it to us at the previously agreed upon price. Instead of taking 1-2 hours to get things done and be on the road with our rig (as we were told previously it would take), we were there almost for the entire day! To cap things off, when we were filling out the various forms, they asked to fill out an online review for them while they watched (which we deleted right after we left the dealership). Then they asked us if we wanted to participate in a raffle for a $500 gift card by completing a paper review as they "are trying to improve their review ratings." They slid the form over the table to us and it was already pre-filled out for a 5 star rating and they just "needed us sign!" Can you believe it! They know their customer experience is SO BAD they have to pay you to submit 5 star ratings!!! By this point we refused to do it of course and just wanted to get out of there! We have had to use then for warranty and recall related service work since buying our rig and the experience is equally as poor - no returned calls, service work not done on time, having to bring rig back to get prior mistakes fixed, trying to up sell us on additional service work that was not needed and on which they could more profit than warranty work/factory required recall repairs, etc. While they have a pseudo monopoly on Ford sales in the Pueblo/Southern Colorado area, it is definitely worth the added inconvenience to drive to Denver/Co Springs, New Mexico or even West Texas. These guys are that bad!!!
