Dylan LeBlanc was incredibly helpful! I walked into the Alpine Service Center with no appointment after trying to program a new key myself (DONT TRY by the way.) He got my car in almost immediately and checked up on me, updates on the car and time until done. He even offered me water. Dylan was nice, in a great light mood and got it all done! Thanks a lot.

Had the oil changed, which took a little over an hour - as usual. I was offered coffee or water by the woman greeter. I accepted water. After they were finished with the service, I paid for it, then they offered to bring my car into the garage for me. That was much appreciated, as I am elderly and walk with a cane.

I had my truck picked up for service, but they forgot a few things so Kaitlyn and Dylan helped me to get it in right away and they even gave me a free air filter for my trouble

Dylan went above and beyond! We drove two and a half hours to get service, and he was very cognizant of our time. He did his best to make sure we were taken care of and got us a loaner vehicle asap! Great service.
