Phillip Knight is a great car salesman. Very friendly, super personable, and so helpful and reliable. My father, Michael, and I (Patrick) were able to touch base with him over the phone easily, and he was able to explain and answer any questions thoroughly, which made my first car purchase, a very smooth transaction. All paperwork and everything was done in a professional and fashionable manner, with no problems at all. I can say confidently that the Certified-Used Chevy Cruze I bought was in good hands with Barton Chevrolet, and the experience overall, was a pleasant one. 100% would go back, and recommend to anyone.

Peter Grohl is an awesome car salesman. I understand it's a business, but he cared about my every concern in this transaction. I never felt like it was me against them. This is a very professional operation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a youngman at the desk with respect. He put me in contact with Peter Grohl and at the moment, I didn't know how much of a blessing that was. Every step of the way he assured me that all of my questions and concerns will be addressed. He didn't have a problem saying he didn't know something, but he made it a point to find the answers together. No rushing at all. Then he put me in the hands of Craig in finance. Craig ran the numbers and showed me my options and later offered me a deal that was better suited for my commuter driving. Once again, I know it's a business, but it was minus the high pressure salesmen and timeshare finance rep if you know what i mean. Even all the way down to the paperwork was super fast without any hidden fees. Everything was laid out in front of me... Barton does car sales right. This is my experience, and it was a excellent experience with those I've mentioned. I purchased a certified used van. It was missing the owners manual which Peter and I discovered later. That wasn't a deal breaker at all. Knowing Peter Grohl he's probably looking for one for me because that's just the type of person he is. I would send my family and friends to Barton because of the respectful and professional service I recieved. Forgive me if I'm biased but I would send them to see Peter Grohl because I know how they will be treated by him and I would want them to have the same experience as mine. I needed to get a car pretty quickly and after doing some research I found something I was very interested in at Barton Chevy. I called into the dealership and got Peter Groehl who told me the car was available and that he would grab the keys for me so I could take it for a test drive. I was at the dealership 20 mins later and loved the car. Peter made everything so easy and you can tell he’s there to help people and not just make a sale. I was preapproved for a loan very quickly with Craig who went over everything in detail and I was able to walk away with the car after it had been detailed an hour later. I never expected to experience such great customer service from a car dealership and would recommend them to everyone and anyone!
