Easier than I thought it would be

I've never bought a vehicle from a dealership before and I was super stressed and anxious when I had to get a new (to me) car. Phil was the sales person who had the great pleasure of dealing with me during this process. I came in on Friday and test drove a Cadillac SRX. It was great, but not exactly the right one for me. The next day I drove out to Goshen to test drive a Lincoln, also not exactly right for me, so I came back to Phil and took out another SRX. I knew as soon as I sat in the car it was the perfect fit for me. The process to purchase was easy too! No need for the stress and anxiety at this dealership. The worst part was signing all that paperwork!

waited four hours for routine service-

made app in person for service and new tires, was told tires were in stock and arrived at 1:00pm for service. girl checked me in and said she would notify me if alignment was necessary. After 2 1/2 hours I inquired about car status. Girl was on private phone call and dismissive saying all the tires were not there but on the way. after 3 hours asked to speak to service manager. He was apologetic but still did not offer to make it right. After 4 hours received car. wheel rims had film I had to remove with wax, and the right rear tire they had to locate looked as if it was taken from another vehicle. no tire tags like the other three and sidewall was filthy. On way home noticed tire pressure psi for that tire was different from other three, rush job. Girl that checked me in never came back to advise me of alignment or that tire promised was not there, four hours was outrageous. Even the sales staff were amused at me sitting there all afternoon. Will never recommend or return.

My Sales Man Peter Groul

Peter was a very good salesman, very patient, never pressed me to make a decision . At the end of the deal, regardless on how frustrating his manager made things , his honesty and consideration for his customer earned my respect. Integrity - a value that is rare among car salesman. But not with Peter...

My salesman Peter Grohl

My salesman was a great salesman he was kind, and polite he made my purchase transition comfortable. I didn’t feel like I just been ripped off. Like some sales people do. When it was time for me to pickup my new used vehicle he transferred all my belongings from my old to my new vehicle thank you Mr. Grohl

Pleasant buying experience

Always have had a good experience at Barton-Birks. Very relaxed circumstances and no pressure, knowledgeable sales personnel. Final price and trade-in were arrived at in an open manner. We've had a good working relationship with salesman Phil Knight for a number of years and would highly recommend him.

Quick and easy

This is the first time getting a car with Phil, but third time getting a car from Barton Birks. Love going there every time. Great customer service. Always know how to treat people. Very satisfied with my new 2018 Chevy Trax.

Best car buying experience!

This is my fifth new car and best experience at a dealership yet. Phil Knight got me in the Tahoe I wanted and made the whole ordeal painless. I 100% recommend going here over any of the competitors in the area. Unlike Healey, Barton actually cares about their customers.
