Great salesman, and great deal!
I purchased my sixth car from Phil Knight thus past week. Once again completely satisfied customer. Phil always takes care of us, even coming in on his day off to finalize the car. I've purchased everything from a 2nd hand Chevy Cruze to a full size silverado, and a Cadillac ATS-V, and they sales service is always consistent.

Great Salesman!
I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership twice and on both occasions I was assisted by a wonderful salesman, Phil Knight. Phil was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and made a usually stressful experience far less stressful! He was attentive and thorough from beginning to end, explaining everything clearly. My first experience with him was the deciding factor in purchasing from Barton again.

Ask for Jamal in the Service Department for excellent work!
I recommend that you request Jamal when making a service appointment. Jamal is consistent, professional, and a pleasure to deal with as he goes above and beyond to deliver the included services and make the service experience seamless for his customer. This review was on the road to being a 2-star because included services were simply not attended to by the person who was supposed to be coordinating my service (this has happened repeatedly with the same individual to the point where I must remind him each time what is included). Fortunately, Jamal stepped in and turned it around, thus 5 stars. Also, as a female, I simply feel more comfortable dealing with Jamal. I have observed the same dynamic on several occasions with the same individuals. I would like to see the management recognize the excellent service Jamal provides to their customers. I'll be back, but next time I will remember to specify that Jamal coordinates my service.

Overall great experience buying my truck
Sales rep, Phil Knight, was patient, knowledgeable of the vehicles and very helpful. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was the most satisfying experience I've had buying a truck. The staff was helpful and efficient with the purchase paper work and ensured I got the best deal available. I would recommend this dealership and will definitely return for any future purchases. I am very pleased with my new 2500 Silverado!

BOUGHT A NEW CAR THAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIR FOR DAY 1
What are bizarre group of people at this dealership, they knowingly deliver cars to customers that are not in new condition. Then it just becomes an arm twisting game .... Do your homework find out who your by your new vehicle from!!

Never again.
Well, how do I start. I purchased a 2014 Silverado which needed the door sill painted. Not a big deal right? Well when I got there to pick it up the sill looked like it was painted with a spray can and there was over spray on everything. So after showing sales how upset I was the stated they saw this and did not understand how this could happen. Well, why would you wait for me to notice it then say this? Were you thinking I would not see it? So, they call the shop who did the work and after a five min phone call I was told they would come to my house to repair it. Okay fine... They show up today and he had all kinds of trouble with the prior attempt of the repair reacting with the new paint. He was at my house for over 4 hours to just repair a simple door sill. Now I worked in a body shop when I was young so I know the process of doing paint work, as well as having a good friend who owns a VERY reputable shop in town. Now not 2 seconds after he finished he let the hose touch the newly painted sill in turn screwing up the paint. Now I take a good look at the job today after allowing it to dry for a few hours and you can see where he sanded the primer prior to painting it. He said he would rent me a car if I give him the truck for a weekend, not going to happen.. That's three strikes in my book and I will not allow them to touch this truck again. This small job went from a ant hill to a mountain. Now Barton needs to review how they do business and what contractors let them touch a customer's vehicle. I purchased polished stainless sill covers ($70) to cover up a screwed up job. Outside contractors represent Barton and they should be more aware of what kind of shop does work for them. I paid good money for this truck and I expect a higher quality of workmanship than what I received. I'll give a lot more thought in the future before buying anything from Barton again. Not a happy customer. And I did not get a business card from the two people I was dealing with. All I know is their first names, Danny and Anthony.
