Very Unhappy with every aspect of this place and its...

Very Unhappy with every aspect of this place and its staff. To make a long story short, I had found a vehicle that I liked on Auto Trader which they were advertising as a NEW Sorento 2014 for 21k with only 6 miles. After talking with their sales consultant, he assured me that he could get my payments very close to what I was wanting. He stated that Kia was offering great incentives which allowed them to lower the price to 21k. After driving 2 hours to get to their lot, we sat down and started crunching numbers. After another 2 hours of what I thought was negotiating a price, I was told that the vehicle had over 4,000 miles instead of the 6 miles which was advertised. Thinking I could use this new info to lower the price a little, I was then told that the price had been discounted to 21k due to the miles (which I was originally told was lowered due to incentives). Once we had finally negotiated a price that I could walk away with, I was led to believe that a deal was about to be closed, out comes the "financial guy" and he tells me that he can not get anywhere near the price I had been given by Tim the salesman I had been working with for now over 5 HOURS! Needless to say, I was disgusted and furious. I went down the list of all the misleading, complete nonsense crap that I had been told throughout the day. Not to mention how upset I was that my time had been wasted for nothing. I had told them from the beginning what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I told them that I was there to purchase that day with a hope to avoid some of the games that car salesman like to play. I was furious over my wasted say, however I was more upset that they had advertised and attempted to hide the actual mileage of what they were calling a NEW 2014 Kia Sorento. I would highly encourage everyone to avoid this dealership no matter how bad they need a vehicle. I walked away with not one positive thing to say about Superior Kia.

I inquired on-line about a particular vehicle; Spencer was prompt to respond and we were able to agree on a price for the vehicle. It was a pleasant car buying experience; I would recommend this dealership. We drove over 100 miles to purchase from this dealer. Our previous car buying experience with the local dealerships was very unpleasant and that is why we searched further from Lexington, Ky. Keith Malone was also very pleasant to work with and made all the paperwork easy to get through and answered all our questions. excellent customer service.

Jason Mersch was great sales person. He was not pushy...

Jason Mersch was great sales person. He was not pushy and made the whole experience quite pleasant. My car had some issues with the radio and Jason compensated very well for having to bring my new car back. So far I love my car and have no regrets. The service has been outstanding and the employees remember you. I called Jason, after not talking to him for 5 months since my purchase, and he not only remembered my first but my complicated last name as well.

I have to say how very impressed I was with the quality...

I have to say how very impressed I was with the quality of customer service that I received when purchasing my new car, the dealer was Gerald Greene and he could not of been more nicer,understanding and patient. I was very happy with the level of respect, and courteous he showed during the whole process, he never made feel rushed , and he answered each question I had. His respect, and customer service skills also influenced my mother to also purchase a 2014 Kia Sedona. I would recommend him to anyone...

Buying a new automobile can be a very overwhelming and...

Buying a new automobile can be a very overwhelming and confusing experience for the novice buyer. The staff at Superior Kia has the knowledge and experience to take the anxiety away and leave the customer very satisfied. Our sales consultant, Jason Mersch, was willing and able to answer any questions about the many different models of Kias available. It was his outstanding ability to listen to our needs that led to the eventual purchase of the Kia Sorento. While on the test drive Mr. Mersch took us step by step through all of the features offered as well as other additional options that were available. When it was time to decide on a price there was no pressure and no bullying. The purchase price was very reasonable and the financing options were plentiful. The financing of our Kia was handled by the very capable sales manager Keith Malone. Everything for the financing was laid very clearly without confusion. Keith was able to explain all of the options available and offer insight based on past experiences. Would I recommend Superior Kia to any level of automobile buyer, absolutely. Both Jason and Keith were outstanding; they are motivated, enthusiastic and willing to exceed customer expectations. Hopefully, with a little luck, Jason and Keith can be as good at golf as they are at customer service.

I had a great experience at Superior Kia. After seeing...

I had a great experience at Superior Kia. After seeing an add online for a black with black interior 2014 Kia Sorento, I traveled three hours from Evansville, IN to look at the car on a Saturday. While I couldn't buy the car they had there on the lot, they worked to find one in transit that I could buy. There was no way for the car to be delivered that day, so they agreed to let me buy it and then Gerald Greene drove it all the way to Evansville. They told me it would be delivered on Tuesday, and he actually came a day early on Monday. I was trading my car in, so Gerald just drove my old car, with no air conditioning, all the way back to Cincinnati. I love my Kia now!! And I was extremely pleased with the service I received there and would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone!

I recently purchased a new Kia Optima from Superior and experienced friendly, professional service throughout the entire sales process.
