Went there to look at a car that was advertised.

Went there to look at a car that was advertised...texted...made an appointment to see the car. Got there, and the car wasn't there...tried to sell us something else. An obsolete xxxxxxx tactic. I will never set foot on another Jeff Wyler lot again Toxic sales environment!

Salesperson didn’t know anything about the vehicle. The vehicle was wrecked and they tried hiding it from me. Price was over market value and was in an accident. Lots of pressure. Stay away from this dealer

My engine seized up on me while driving.

My engine seized up on me while driving. Had it towed here, had to wait from early May til beginning of July just to find out that my motor seized and it was under a class action lawsuit recall, they replaced the engine but due to the engine my starter went bad, they refused to replace it free, wanted to charge $470 to install, when I finally told them to go ahead they jacked the price to $824 because it was no longer in the garage. Then, after I let them know I am on disability and only get paid at the end of the month, they called me yesterday and left a message telling me that if I didn’t have my car off the lot by Friday, they was impounding at my expense! What a freaking joke man, do not ever go her for services!

I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and have always had exceptional service. Detail oriented and thorough from start to finish. Jason was great to work with and extremely professional. The follow up from the dealership is also . I will continue coming back when it’s time to purchase another vehicle. Very satisfied!

Terrible offers on trade in prices.

Terrible offers on trade in prices. Poor deals on financing. A licence to steal. Wasted 4 hours of time with these cowboys!

SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS!! Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My husband and I just purchased a Kia Carnival from this dealership. Upon returning home, we opened our email to review our paperwork (they don’t send a hard copy home with you). We were shocked to see they added $2736 worth of add ons/warranties to our financing. We specifically said we had no use for the Wyler care because we live 2 hours away. Guess what…they added it anyway. When they give you your up front monthly payment, just know that they are including warranties/add ons in that payment amount that they will NOT discuss with you!! Come to find out, the finance manager records all transactions and we are now meeting with our lawyer to view our transaction and prove that these prices were never revealed or discussed with us. What a NIGHTMARE. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. Oh and the Pulse light that they put on all the vehicles. They charge $899 for it (but won’t tell you that) and it’s a $30 part. Stay away from this dealership!!!

shopping for new telluride, salesman ricardo was awesome and knowledgeable, showed us several vehicles, no pressure and very helpful, went out of his way to make sure we were cared for and answered all our questions. since ricardo francis was from the hyundai side his name isnt listed below as sales staff

Disappointed to say the least.

Disappointed to say the least. Working with salesman for 3 days trying to buy a used car. When in the salesroom, employees were gathered in a cubicle and ignored us until I finally said something. After too much going back and forth, told us we had an agreement after literally not budging on the price (went back and forth over $250 decrease from listing price). Told we had the car last night before closing and could pick up at noon today. Got a text, not a phone call, from the salesman at 7:45 this morning saying car was sold...out from under us. Completely unprofessional and salesman like this give all car salesman a bad reputation.
