I went on internet first at 8:00 a.m. E mailed 4...

I went on internet first at 8:00 a.m. E mailed 4 dealers. At 9:00 a.m. I got a call from Prime and said come on down at 10:00 a.m. I went down at 10:00 and rode by new car out of the lot at 12:00 noon. It was a pleasant experience, they had every color to choose from, they negotiated fairly with me and because I had time constraints of only 2 hours they put it all together in that time frame. I am happy with the price as it was lower than the other dealers I had shopped with. I recommend Uri at the West Roxbury dealership. He was a lovely salesman to do with business with.

I traded in a Toyota Rav4 for a new Honda Odyssey. It was a pleasure to deal with Peter Zois. He is a low key, no pressure salesman. I received an excellent price for my used car and an excellent price on the new car. Go in prepared so that you know what you want and at what price you want it. This is a reasonable dealership where both sides can come out okay. Peter Zois is terrific.

Went to another dealer and did not like the high pressure...

Went to another dealer and did not like the high pressure buy now attitude. Went to prime and got great service with no games. Negatiated the deal with no high pressure then closed the deal and got my pilot. Also liked that Mike walked me through the service procedure so when I come in for service I know what to do and who to see.

We started looking for a car since our Ford Taurus...

We started looking for a car since our Ford Taurus reached the stage where it wasn't worth keeping any longer. We emailed a bunch of Honda dealers, received price quote from all of them. In the end, the quote that I got from Yan Gorokhovskiy looked more competitive. We walked into Prime Honda in West Roxbury, was cordially greeted by a gentleman, who took us to Yan Gorokhovskiy. Yan was very pleased to see us and he introduced us to Derrick Levy the sales person. Derrick was extremely helpful and had the patience to answer all of our questions. We did a test drive on a 2010 Honda Accord and confirmed that we would like to buy the car. The VW salesman at our nearby dealership wanted us to buy an older model from their inventory whereas Derrick wanted to help us get a car of our choice. Derrick is the person to go to if you want to buy a car from a salesman who cares to help you find your ideal car. We got an excellent financing deal and this could not have been possible without Rui Moriera. He helped us get a sweet deal on warranty as well. Overall, our experience at Prime was nothing short of exceptional. Great job Yan Gorokhovskiy, Derrick Levy, and Rui Moriera.

Every aspect of leasing our new crosstour was a pleasure. Justin is a total professional. He is completely knowledgeble about the product and makes sure that the customer feels comfortable with the entire process. This is the second car we have purchased from Justin and plan to return this fall for another CRV. I would recommend Justin and Prime Honda as the only place to shop in the Boston area.

Our Salesperson was extremely helpful and informative. I usually do not like dealing with car dealerships but Prime Honda was very easy to do business with. When we picked up our car, we were greeted as soon as we came in and Mr. Roche made us extremely happy. We definetly would come back to Prime Honda,

We came in to buy a new car, and we were immediately...

We came in to buy a new car, and we were immediately treated with respect and given some numbers to work with. We talked reasonable prices, went back and forth, and our final offer was accepted. We never felt pressured, and we never felt like we were being taken for a ride. Things were handled efficiently and appropriately, and buying a car from Prime was not the usual "buying a car hastle."

The search for a new car started by internet. My husband...

The search for a new car started by internet. My husband began by contacting 5 dealers by email. He sent them the model, color, and options that we wanted and asked for an approximate cost so we would have a ball park figure with which to work. Antonio promptly answered my husband's request and gave him a price for the car and dog package. He did not give him a quote for the other options, but he gave enough information that it made us want to visit Prime. Ron was very helpful. He seemed to know a lot about the car we wanted to purchase. He was accommodating and took us for a test drive after pointing out all its features. Negotiation of the price was turned over to someone else. I don't remember his name. He was nice enough, but it was obvious that he was not thrilled that my husband had done his homework on what costs were. Overall, we are happy with what we are getting and we are pretty satisfied with the price, but my husband is still bothered by the extra cost of locating the color I wanted. He still doesn't understand why it should cost us more because we didn't want the color that was on the lot. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Prime. Buying a car is not my favorite past time which is why I keep my cars about 7 years before trading them in. This was not as painful as my previous experiences at other dealerships.

Dealt with several folks and the were great to work with...

Dealt with several folks and the were great to work with and very accomodating. Very customer service focused and no hassles with any of our requests. Price discussions were straightforward and not high pressure. Filled up our gas tank when we came back to pick up our plates. Not a big deal, but a really nice extra that shows you their commitment to customer service.

I had a very short time to find what I wanted in a car at a great deal. I started with an online quote that was straight to the point. Followed up by a phone call to get me in to see the car. Sales staff was very helpful and the next day I finalized the deal. Very quick and to the point.
