Was referred to Bobby Blacker through a friend. He was FANTASTIC. Worked very hard dot get me a great deal despite less than stellar credit on my part. Got me into a great car in a great lease at a great price. Did it all over the phone and through email. Only problem was that I didnt get to meet him in person. I look forward to being able to do so when I purchase my next Pilot. I was lucky enough to meet Gustavo who delivered the car. Great guy, super nice, was here ON TIME and with a smile. Took all of 20 minutes and told me what i needed to do as follow up. Let me know that he was there for whatever I needed. Great team of people. Blew the socks off of Chambers. HIGHLY recommended.

Immediately upon entering the dealership we were greated...
Immediately upon entering the dealership we were greated by Danielle Hagen. She was extremely personable and made us feel comfortable and at ease. There was no pressure-filled sales pitch, instead she listened to what we were looking for and did her best to only find those cars we had profiled. I was expecting to be pressured into a higher priced vehicle but she only showed us the types of cars we specified that were in our budget. Our first visit lasted about 2 hours as I had to go to work. We found the car we wanted, test drove it and worked out some numbers. We agreed to meet the next day to sign the paperwork. During the evening, we did some research and found some other cars that interested us. I'm sure it was a pain for her to have us being wishy-washy but she was nothing but accommodating and the next day showed us the cars we wanted to see (we ended up with the first car). During the whole time we interacted with her we had her undivided attention. She explained every step of the process to us and really put our mind at ease. At the outset she explained to us that she was there to get us into the car we wanted. That she was there to help us. That she did and more. Even giving us her cell number if we had any questions after hours. Mike, Danielle's supervisor was of the same caliber. Friendly and accommodating; and Jay, the "finance guy" walked us through the loan process and was honest, friendly and really had our best interests in mind. Delivery was smooth and painless. We got the price we wanted, the features we wanted and the experience we never dreamed we would get. I would go back to Prime Honda in a heartbeat and would highly recommend Danielle who is surely one of the best car dealers we have ever dealt with. Shawn and Julio; Satisfied customers

This visit was truly just on a "whim" as I already did...
This visit was truly just on a "whim" as I already did all the paperwork at another dealership just days before walking into Prime. My wife wanted me to check out a Black EXL Camry and I took the ride for the "heck of it" My wife Debbie picked out Michael from about 5 guys at the front of the dealership. I was planning to just be in and out of there quickly. Well, we took the Camry for a ride and I did like it, but, I didn't know how I was going to get this one for the same price on the other Camry that had more miles, although I really liked this one a lot more. I sat down with Mike and we talked about it, I gave him my number he came back and I was sure that I was done, but, he said he wanted my business and guess what, someone, someway, the deal was struck in about 45 minutes! I am SO HAPPY with my Camry and more so on the professionalism that Michael has shown to me. He actually DOES return calls and is very good at what he does, he cares and it shows. Thanks a million Michael and thanks Prime!! You have me as a loyal customer!!

I highly recommend Prime Honda and one of their salesmen, Scott Bregnard. From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership we received the time and attention that we needed in order to make the car selection that was right for us. It was our first time buying an SUV and we needed to be sure that we were buying the one that best fit our needs. Scott Bregnard was our sales person. The Assistant General Manager also came over to introduce himself to us. Scott took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the features of both the CRV and Pilot in detail. We then took both SUVs out for a test drive. After determining that the Pilot was too big for us we were asked if we wanted to take the CRV for an extended test drive. We decided to do that. A couple of days later we went back to the dealership. Scott had a car waiting for us so that we could get on our way quickly. We especially liked that we never felt pressured by anyone at Prime and yet Scott worked very hard to negogiate a price that my husband and I were happy with. I highly recommend Prime Honda and Scott to anyone loking for a Honda.

gustavo greeted me promtely and was helpful with all my needs. I was able to find the exact car I wanted. He answered all my questions and kept the shopping ecperiance enjoyable as I am slightly weary of car salesmen he put me at ease. After some negotiation he and I were able to come to a price that was aggreable to both of us. I would cartainly recommend Prime and Gustavo to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle!

Peter Zois was a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy and let us make the decision for ourselves. We came back to Prime Honda because of Peter and his willingness to negotiate fairly. I was very pleased with my interaction with Derrick Levy. He was very patient with my many many questions, actually I had visited another Honda dealership in my community and was not too pleased with the sales staff and thought that it would be best to stick with what I knew to be a good car and to invest in another Nissan. I had spent several months researching the Nissian Rogue and the Honda CRV. One of my friends suggested that I look into the cars at Prime Honda. Upon entering Prime, my intention was to purchase a used car, but because of Derrick's knowledge, patience and courtesty I decided that a new car, more exact, a 2010 Honda CRV to replace my 14 year old Nissan would be better suited for me. I am absouletely certain that my purchase of this car was because of my dealing with Derrick as my sales person at Prime. In fact, after the purchase was completed, I was not able to pick up my car on the date of delivery and was pleasantly suprised when Derrick offered to deliver my car personally to my home. Not only was I pleased, buy my neighbors and friends were impressed with the service provided by Derrick. PS. My boyfriend loved the chocolate chip cookies. Sincerely, Josephine M. Bartie

Pleasantly greeted; immaculate showroom; comfortable waiting area with coffee. As expected whenever shopping for a new car, there was a comcentrated effort to make the sale, but the salesman and manager were by no means over-bearing. All things considered, it was a nice shopping experience.

Justin Schmid had already sold a Ridgeline and a CRV to my parents. They were very pleased with him and suggested I go talk to him. I do a lot of traveling and needed a safe, reliable car that is good on gas. Justin put me in a Civic for a test drive and I loved it. I was very impressed with the knowledge Justin had of the car. He went through everything with me from safety features to its performance capabilities. He had thorough answers ror every question I threw at him. He then found me a perfect car for the right price. I am very pleased with Justin's honesty and up front approach. I had been to three other dealers that week and felt completely comfortable with justin and the civic. The customer service from Gus Borges was very friendly and proffessional. Any questions that we had he handled with great concern. The vehicle I purchased is awesome. Walking around the showroom floor everyone is courteous and polite. They had plenty of activites for my kids to keep them occupied while they were with us. I would definately recommend this dealer too family and friends.
