Kris was wonderful.

Kris was wonderful. Very patient with all of our questions and he spent a lot of time making sure we knew all the functions of the vehicle we purchased. I would definitely go back to him!

Discussed deposit & holding terms.

Discussed deposit & holding terms. 15 minutes later reneged. Discussed return policy. Left for the day with notes. Confirmed return policy in writing following day. 2 days later returned to dealership. Husband test drove, verbally confirmed the return policy AGAIN. Go to sign paperwork. They run my financial offer for the wrong institution I’m assuming they get more kick backs from the one they chose to do first for no reason apparent to me. Thanks for the multiple inquiries and 4 points off my credit score. Ask for return policy and restocking fee in writing. “It’s on the website” Demand return policy and restocking fee in writing. Return policy suddenly shockingly reneged. Claim “no one answering those questions really knows what they’re talking about” like it’s my problem or responsibility. I will never give a dollar to this place.

Terrible Experience, Avoid This Dealership!

Terrible Experience, Avoid This Dealership!!! Three weeks ago, I visited this dealership to test drive a car I saw online. During the test drive, I noticed the check engine light was on. When I brought this up to the salesperson, they assured me it would be fixed and that the car had no serious issues. A week later, I traveled from Cleveland, Ohio, to purchase the car. I paid the full price with no discount, as none was offered. After completing the payment, I took the car and drove away, but within 10 minutes, the check engine light came on again. I immediately returned to the dealership and informed them. I also requested to speak with a manager. The manager claimed they would fix the issue and took the car to their service department. After an hour, they told me the oxygen sensor had been replaced, and there were no other problems. Trusting their word, I began my journey back to Cleveland. Unfortunately, once I got home, the check engine light came on again. I tried reaching out to the dealership multiple times, but no one responded. Frustrated, I took the car to my own mechanic. After inspecting the car, my mechanic discovered the dealership had installed an illegal, faulty sensor to temporarily mask the problem instead of properly fixing it. This negligence cost me an additional $400 in repairs, and my car was in the shop for a week. I emailed and messaged the dealership about this, but they ignored me completely. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. I deeply regret purchasing from this dealership and strongly advise others to stay away.

Might be a scam company.

Might be a scam company. Was trying to purchase a used car and found they had what I was looking for on carsforsale.com. Just the smallest interest shown and they bombarded me with emails from three different salesmen asking for my phone number. Finally gave my phone number because they insisted on sending me a video of the car and then everything went cold from their. Have been asking what happened to the car (it's still posted) but not one word from the sales people. Odd.

Look what I found!

Look what I found! A GPS tracker that was plug in to my OBD and was just hanging on the side when I was attaching my dash cam in my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. So when I bought the car from them, they were trying to charge me an anti theft gps device, which they claimed that is hard wire to the vehicle and can't be uninstalled. I refused to pay this, which is some ridiculous amount and told them to take it off the vehicle which they say they can't for that reason. So they said it's a perks and free for me for 15 mos just in case my car get stolen. I told them I dont care bec I have full coverage if the car gets stolen and beside I can use my own apple airtag for free and access only by me. My privacy. Now I found it and unplugged it just like that. I have been lied to by the finance manager who I consider the most untruthful person you will encounter. After doing some research regarding this device, this device is really for the dealership to track your vehicle if you ever miss your monthly car payments. They will use the GPS tracker to reposses your vehicle. They do try to have you pay for it but will never take it off. Very dishonest. Sales experience is pretty good, I just hate it when people just lie to you and thinks your a dummy for believing them. Just be very careful when dealing with them. This dealership is walking a fine thread lying to you regardig the GPS tracker on your vehicle. It's ok if they're honest enough to show you where it is and not making up a story that it's hardwired to the vehicle to some unreacheable area. Am going to have my legal look into this.

Same day service for belts and spark plugs.

Same day service for belts and spark plugs. In and out the door fast. I even went to the wrong branch and was still served! Wonderfully efficient.
