Worth the trip
Mo was the sales rep that was with me from start to finish. He did an excellent job in giving me choices of vehicles that met my budget. I’ve owned many cars in my life. This was the most comfortable sale ever. It’s like I was with family. I plan to buy my next vehicle at Jidd with Mo. I will recommend Mo to my family and friends.

Avoid dealership
This dealership sold me a 2015 BMW X5 with major electrical n transmission issues luckily to have a case in Illinois you just have to prove that there is something major wrong with the vehicle after multiple attempts of trying to get shocks repaired. The dealership failed to put me in a safe driving vehicle after paperwork was signed. After multiple failed attempts of reaching out to the dealership I finally just obtained a lawyer to handle this I’ll also be contacting the news so that they can further investigate regarding the fraudulent activity from this dealership

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES
I walked into JIDD Motors with an approval through my bank Chase. I test drove a vehicle (BMW X4) that I was interested in and told Igor that I was approved prior to coming to the dealership. Igor told me that they work with Chase so I assumed there would not be any issues. I shared the application number from the email received with the APR rate for the approval, number of months and estimated payment just as the email indicates that I should when going to the dealership. I also shared with him that I'd called the bank prior to me coming to the dealership and they told me that Jidd would have to send the request for a different vehicle to the underwriter at Chase. I made sure that I understood what to expect before visiting the dealership. Originally I was interested in a BMW X6 but decided on a BMW X4. He asked for some information (name, address, social). I told Igor NOT to run my credit due to the fact that I had an approval through Chase. Igor stated that he would not run my credit because he did not want to be in the "principal's office." I am a school principal. While waiting, I received notification through email that Jidd Motors ran a credit check. I told Igor that he was NOT to run my credit and that I was under the understanding that he did not want to be in the principal's office (meaning he did not want to be in trouble with me). He said, "Oh well I was in the principal's office quite a bit as though it was no big deal. He asked if I wanted him to just run it through 2-3 banks. I said NO! The finance manager then comes over and tells me that I was NOT approved (showed me a small paper) and told me that my approval with chase was only a PREAPPROVAL. She asked me if I wanted her to try to get me approved by sending it to a few banks. I told her NO and that it was NOT a preapproval. The email from Chase says, "CONGRATULATIONS! You've been approved." She asked to see the emailed verification that I received from Chase. She took a picture of it and both she and Igor walked away. Both Igor and the finance manager then talk with someone else. This person comes over. I do not know who he is (he's an older guy) but he explains that he'd like to fix this and that the underwriters are done for the evening with Chase. He asked if I could come back today and I told him I would not be coming back. I ask for the key to my vehicle and leave. While driving home, I receive another email indicating that I had ANOTHER CREDIT INQUIRY. This time it was a credit inquiry by Chase Auto. Please tell me WHY I'd need to have my credit run again when I HAVE AN APPROVAL THROUGH CHASE. This morning I called Chase and after a 40 minute phone call I was told that they applied to Chase THREE TIMES SINCE I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP! I AM LIVID!!! There are a total of FOUR APPLICATIONS with CHASE (the first where I was approved and three more applications that JIDD submitted). While on the phone with the bank, I received a phone call from Igor and a text message. He sent a text message stating that I'd been approved for the dollar amount that I'd originally requested and the same interest rate and asked when I could come to pick up the car. I called him back and told him, due to his DECEPTIVE business practices I would not purchase a car from them, that I was aware that they submitted THREE applications to Chase when all they had to do was change the vehicle on the original application and call the underwriter. I stated that they were not to run my credit, disregard ALL of the applications that they have submitted and that his DECEPTIVE business practices and unethical behavior LOST him a sale! While leaving this review, I've received a call from the customer service at JIDD. I have now explained TWICE that I will NOT do business with them. My money is green and I will take it elsewhere. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. If you have been approved prior to walking into the dealership, DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I am thoroughly DISGUSTED with the behavior of the employees at this dealership and will leave an honest review everywhere that I can.
