At some point, we have worked with all of the service

At some point, we have worked with all of the service advisors and they are all very accommodating and communicate with us very well. We are in for an oil change and tire rotation every 4-6 weeks and they always make time for my busy travel schedule. I also never have them pushing extra services and suggesting needless purchases, but when I ask for something extra like a high mileage service or an alignment at last minute they always get it done in a timely manner. It is an extra 20-30 minute drive for me, but I always come back to see this team vs. going to other Buick Service Centers in the area!

Tom is definitely the guy to see, he is there for the customer and to help them with getting into a new vehicle that they are able to afford. I just recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from him and won't go anywhere or to anyone else. He is very knowledgeable and always works to get the answers to all of your questions. A delight to work with and as I said before dedicated to the customer.
