Implied that the warranty was provided free, and charged

Implied that the warranty was provided free, and charged for GAP without telling me. Asked for money back and said I needed to fill out a form. It's been a week and they haven't sent it to me even with me texting them at least 5 times. Sales manager didn't even come out and talk to me and gave me a lousy trade in offer!

Great experience.

Great experience. We thought something serious was causing our air conditioning to not work and all it needed was an AC recharge for $400.

I paid for $2000 worth of undercoating and ceramic

I paid for $2000 worth of undercoating and ceramic coating on the paint but I have no idea if that work was ever done because I have no receipts for it

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! We saved for years before buying a 2021 vehicle from them. Worked great for a day, then brought it back to have a coating put on. Driving it home, warning lights started coming on and features stopped working. My husband called and was told it's not their problem. Now, after owning it 2 weeks, the power steering isn't working. Basically, we sunk our family's savings into a vehicle that Ed Morse either knew wouldn't work or was too negligent to check thoroughly in their inspections, and they lack the integrity to even attempt to make it right.
