My Prius began to run poorly and the "Triangle of Death"

My Prius began to run poorly and the "Triangle of Death" appeared. My wife and I were out of town and found this dealership on our phones. They made room in the service schedule and diagnosed the problem quickly. The Service Writer got back to us and explained what was wrong and it was taken care of quickly. The staff is great and very customer-centered. The dealership is super friendly and helpful. Especially, thank you to the Service Director, Joe Byrne, for his professionalism!

We asked if car came with two sets of keys, didn't get a

We asked if car came with two sets of keys, didn't get a answer till paperwork was done. When told it only has one key, if we wanted another one it would be 600.00.

Had 30k service and they did nothing.

Had 30k service and they did nothing. The car is 6.5 years old and they didn’t change any filter or do the things you would expect at a 30k mile check up

Service appointment and customer interface are friendly and efficient. Diagnosis seems accurate, and repair results good. Prices seem somewhat high, especially for small items.

Was my first visit to this dealership.

Was my first visit to this dealership. They had lots of appointments open, which worked well with my schedule. Service team was quick and professional. I appreciated the video they sent showing me what maintenance recommendations they had for my car. They did a good job serving my vehicle and found some ways to keep my costs to a minimum. I will likely return to this dealership in the future.

McKenzie is always helpful and the service department

McKenzie is always helpful and the service department does a efficient job usually only takes one hour or an hour and a half to do service while waiting
