Great experience salesman Tom was great answered all my questions even offered to give me a rod holder for a certain vehicle if I decided on that particular vehicle decided on different truck they even offered to install aftermarket fender flares if I purchased them that's great very few places would offer something like this great place great selection

Went there after finding a few trucks listed on cars.com and couldn’t be happier in my decision. Tom Kelly was my sales rep and made the whole experience as pleasant and accommodating as possible. He was knowledgeable about the truck, provided his opinion when asked, wasn’t pushy, and even entertained my young daughter with jokes. It’s nice knowing that all my vehicle needs are in one place- sales, service, even a body shop! All in all, would definitely recommend checking out Burns Auto!

We bought a truck from this dealer 11 months ago. When we drove it off the lot, the gas tank was on “E” and the “change oil” light was on. My husband called the dealer when he got home and the dealer said he would send a check for $150 to take care of these things. Needless to say they never send a check. Then almost a year later we are trying to find the registration for the truck to get it inspected and the license plate they gave us on the truck is registered as a station wagon. When I called to get this taken care of the manager said he would “make this right”... well nothing has been made right, no one ever called us back to handle anything that was wrong. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE.
