Refuse to repair two items found while test driving. Waiting for two months now. Getting the run around from all departments.

will not come off the price in addition to adding unwanted fees and make you pay for them. they took my key for my trade in and i had to ask abt 5 times to give me my key bc i didnt want their car! worst experience ever. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I wish I could have did zero stars.
I wish I could have did zero stars. I found a vehicle online at this dealership. A pre-owned chevrolet silverado with low miles. My brother clearly told the sales person josh that he did not want the interior warranty only the one that covered drive train. However after reviewing the thumb drive. It was discovered that we was charged an extra 500 dollars for tint that we didn't agree to. Also 5 thousand dollars for the warranty that we refused. When we called about it we were told that it is required that all customers purchase this. Which was discovered from the morgan group not to be true. These people are rip offs. They returned a partial refund supposedly as a customer satisfaction agreement. We have yet to receive the extra key promised to us. I don't advise anyone to purchase anything from this group.

Found a car online, negotiated the price with a manager
Found a car online, negotiated the price with a manager “Brian”. Drove one hour to get there. Test drove the car. Sales person invited us inside “great guy”. After sitting for 15 minutes and waiting for the paperwork, some other manager screams at the manager Brian “did you give the crazy deal!!!!”. At that point I felt uncomfortable. The sales person takes me to speak to that manager and I did approach his front desk. Asked me about my credit and more info. Once I showed him everything that I was approved and how I was paying, he tells me aloud that he wouldn’t sell me the car.. I was shocked and felt insulted.. At that point I told my family to leave the place and we drove away. Very unprofessional!! Waste of time!! Not sure how they can have someone working there like that..

Cheapest body work i ever seen on a vehicle they sold me and wouldnt fix the issue. Would not recommend anyone going to this dealership for a vehicle. Stay away from morgan chevrolet if they cared about their customers they'd fix this crap bumper they jerry rigged on my 2020malibu

Went into the dealership to take a test drive and make a deal on a 2024 Trax that was in Transit. I was presented with the numbers and there were 2 items that I was not interested in. Once I advised that I didn't want the options, I was told that I would not be able to place a $500 hold on the vehicle. 1) Tinted Windows for $499 2) Platinum Club $3,500 I was looking at the Trax due to the price, but what the dealership is adding makes the Trax just as expensive as any other car in its class. I feel that $4,ooo in dealer add-ons is ridiculous.
