1-year service appointment. Said they rotated the tires, but did not. The excuse for not doing it was lame: The mechanic forgot he rotated the tires and, after a "test drive," rotated them again. I don't buy it! One has to question if they changed the oil...They said they did, but hard to tell because the oil was still pretty good, even after a year, because we drive mostly on electric...The long and short of it - this is why dealers have a bad reputation (i.e., trust issues).

I got the car I wanted but the sales service is very
I got the car I wanted but the sales service is very poor. I have asked three times now to get an electronic version of my sales contract with no response. Requests were sent to Ezequiel and Robin in finance and Jonathan Cruz. I have subsequently asked via text to Jonathan Cruz with no success. This is unacceptable. There are many other Lexus dealerships in Southern Cal including those I have done business with in the past. Very disappointed for a super simple ask.... As a note, the Santa Barbara BMW team are outstanding. Even after moving into a Lexus, they were happy to learn I have a new car I like. Your dealership needs to get some training on personal skills. Too many other Lexus dealerships to do business with for our future planning for sure.
