Good customer service for appointments, they fixed the

Good customer service for appointments, they fixed the problem I complain. Whoever the back window shade is not working neither driver side and passenger mirror are not working when I’m backing up. I had to make another appointment to go back and fix these problems. Also on the roof area and on the panel passenger side had finger prints and oily. Last my car was also dusty and when I mentioned that they washed.

Dealership is easy to find.

Dealership is easy to find. Sales people are knowledgeable and not pushy. I knew what I wanted. I knew my bottom line budget. They made it happen.

It’s very expensive to maintain my 2019 Lexus 350.

It’s very expensive to maintain my 2019 Lexus 350. Although I love my car, I don’t know if I can afford to keep up the over $1500 maintenance.

Clean and efficient in every aspect.

Clean and efficient in every aspect. Service managers were clear and friendly and professional. Nice waiting room and restrooms. Enjoyed the coffee and Emril cooking on tv. Appreciated the Uber lift to have lunch while the car was serviced
