Reynold's new car sales and service.

I have purchased some 4 or 5 new vehicles from Reynolds and always had them serviced there throughout the warranty period. I have never encountered a situation which was not resolved. Gene Black

Customer Service!

Fantastic customer service. We dealt with Jordan Prestwood (salesman) & Franco (finance) and they were great. Very friendly and none of the pushy sales that I was afraid of encountering when shopping for a vehicle. Very knowledgeable on the vehicles we were interesting in and looking at. Our family comes to this dealership anytime we're in the market for another vehicle and we will continue to do so for these very reasons. Great place.

DONT BUY HERE WILL NEVER GET YOUR WARRANTY REFUND

I purchased a 2015 F150 Brand New from this dealership, they were very nice and helpful until after the sale!!!! I purchased the all the extended warrantys, GAP, Rim Covererge, etc. I called 2 weeks after to cancel the warrantys, I still waiting on my refund to be credited to my account at Ford Motor Credit, They sent the check to the wrong address and have called many times and spoke with the General Manager Mike Lang to explain the issues and to try to correct it, he informed be that the check had been disperced and it was out of ther hands and then HUNG UP on me and NO LONGER takes my calls, Called back and FINALLY Caught the Owner Dale Daniels and explained the Situation he said that he would correct the problem and call me back, Mr. Daniels never has called me back and im yet to get my refund its to the point that Even FORD MOTOR CREDIT IS ASKING WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!!!!

"Mr. Jenkins, again we are sorry for delay that you are experiencing in your cancellation request and can understand your frustration. We respect the opinion of all of our customers and try to operate our dealership in a professional manner. Our office promptly processed your cancellation request within 24 hours when you provided us with the request documentation. We have contacted Ford Credit again today and they still have not received our cancellation check. They informed us that they have issued a “check search” within their office to see if it accidentally got delivered to a wrong department. They have instructed us to not send a replacement check at this time because it would further delay the cancellation request. We are working with them and will do whatever they instruct us to do. Good experience

I let Kristian Ford know when I arrived and after looking over the vehicle, Kristian had us test driving within ten minutes of being there. Very courteous and helped me in getting the vehicle purchase price where I needed it to be. Very professional and Sean was great to work with as well. Appreciate the help and will come back again.

Friendly and Fast

We met Kristian when we entered and he took us straight to the vehicle that we were interested in. We were test driving within minutes of walking on the lot. Kristian provided us with everything we needed to make our decision and without any pressure. Dan and Franco were also very helpful and thanks to all their efforts, we were able to drive our new family vehicle off the lot that afternoon. Very pleased. Thanks!

We could not have been more pleased

Everyone we dealt with was awesome. They were diligent in finding the exact vehicle we were looking for. From our first visit to the dealership to driving off in our new Explorer, it was the most enjoyable car purchase we've ever had.

I'll be very candid about this dealership

This wasn't our first trip to Reynolds Ford in Norman. It was our third. Our first trip there, my partner and I just needed a car . . .any car that would get us to work. We chose Reyonlds Ford out of the blue because we were just two kids that didn't know anything about buying cars, let alone whether or not we made the right choice. That was back in the 1990's when we had no money-literally, no money at all. We didn't even have $500 to put down on a car. We just needed a way to work. Instead of viewing us as a nuisance and talking down to us, the salesman went to his used car manager to see what they could find. They found a car on their back lot that fit our budget-a 1997 Ford Taurus that they had on their back lot for economy buyers. The car wasn't a bad car; it was just a car. The important thing was it did everything we needed and allowed us to get our leg up so that we could do better. Needless to say, the way everyone worked and went out of their way for us back then when we were nobodies stayed with us, not just for the short term, but through the years as well. We went back to the dealership on our 10th anniversary in 2003 looking for a truck. This time, we were in a little better position so they ended up selling us a 2000 F150 that we loved. The only reason we sold the truck was the fact that we planned a move to Alaska and feared that the V-6 engine wouldn't stand up to the mountains that are common up north. We hated to trade that truck off, but did so because we ended up buying a new truck that wasn't half the truck that Reynolds sold us despite being a one ton Chevy. We didn't go back to Reynolds for a while, not because we had a bad experience, but because we lived so far away. Anyone who is familiar with Oklahoma City knows that Norman isn't close to anything except Moore and Norman. After being burned by other Ford dealers (major players in the market in OKC and Tulsa) because we pay cash for our trucks, we continued to buy GMC, which were good trucks, but they weren't the Fords we were accustomed to growing up in Ford families. This time around, we decided our new truck would more than likely be a Ford so we made the almost hour long drive down south to the dealership. We arranged a meeting with our salesman over the phone to drive the new Ford trucks because we're the type of person that doesn't play well with the other kids. During our conversation, I felt our our salesman to see how interested he was in what we wanted in a truck and not just making the sale. We also were very specific on what we wanted and specified that we intended to order the truck if necessary. After all, we'd already spoken with several other dealers who blew us off because they were more interested in pushing current inventory than helping us build the ideal truck for us. Once there, our salesman Tyler Evans was extremely organized and already found a truck that met 99 percent of my specs. While we looked over the truck and asked questions, it became evident that we would need to order the truck to get the rest of what we wanted, which was no issue at all for Reynolds Ford. It's rare that we find the right truck-color, options, etc. The dealership has tons of beautiful new Ford trucks sitting on the lot wagging their tailgates begging to be taken home, but there's always that one thing that's lacking or extra that we don't want. Their new car sales manager Mike Wicker also stepped in to help us design our truck, pick out the right package (he ran it four different ways to find us the best build) and went completely out of his way to see that we have everything we want in our new truck. Every time that we go to this dealer, we never ever leave unimpressed. Back when we were two flat broke kids that couldn't even afford a car, everyone there always bent over backwards to treat us with the same concern and courtesy that they extended to everyone else who walked through the door. Now that we're all grown up and can afford a few of the things we enjoy in life, their attitude is exactly the same as it was back then. They're always very organized and willing to go the extra mile to see that we leave very satisfied. Who could ask for anything more?

I'd like to add to our review. Our truck came in from Ford. Not only was it exactly what we ordered and more truck than we expected, the staff at Reynolds made sure we knew how to operate the truck's electronic features, but they even went the few extra steps that made buying our truck at Reynolds Ford an experience we'll be proud to remember for many years. We love our new truck and sincerely appreciate all of the work everyone at the dealership put into getting it perfect for us. It's "our" truck.
