Great Experience!

We had both of our cars break down in less than 24 hours and neither could be repaired without spending more money than they were worth. After looking for hours, we found the car for us. Jason Stuart was awesome! We always hate trying to buy a car, but he made it easy and fun. We would highly recommend this dealership and Jason!

Honest, Listened, and Aimed to Please! Not just Sell.

This is my 4th Vehicle from Reynolds of Norman. Jason Benson talked to me about what I was looking for and why? I needed a more Fuel Efficient Vehicle but I prefer a vehicle with power. We looked at a Ford C-Max Hybrid and this Hatch is Quick and Im a Big Guy it has lots of room, plus it gets great gas mileage. I've had it for a Week and this Car will Fly, the Hybrid Electric Motor gives that Push when you need it and Saves on Gas when you don't. Dan Smith got me a Rental Car for a Day while Reynolds had the Car's Windows Tinted. And Franco DelCastillo in Finance was no pressure he just wanted to get me a Great Rate and make sure I was Happy!!! Those 3 are a Triple Threat!!! My Experience was a Winning Experience!

Excellent Service

I took my old car in for a recall to be fixed and decided to walk the lot to look at the new cars. A salesman, Ryan, saw me and came out to talk with me. Even though my husband wasn't with me and he knew I wasn't going to buy a car that day, he spent a couple of hours with me and even took me out for a drive in a new Taurus. After going home, I spoke with my husband about it and on the weekend, we went to Reynolds in Norman so that my husband could drive a Taurus. Ryan wasn't there, so we were ready to walk out. But Joe, another salesman offered to let my husband drive a car so that he could see what it was like. We never felt any pressure to buy. However, the car pretty much sells itself and we ended up buying a 2015 Ford Taurus. Ed, in the Finance Department did an excellent job of explaining to us exactly what we were paying for and answering all our questions regarding financing. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. This is the third car we've purchased from Reynolds in Norman. We start there because even after the sale, the service is excellent. Whenever I've had to take a car to the shop for repair of some sort, the customer service reps treat me with respect.. We always have our car fixed quickly and accurately. Before the actually fix anything, they call first and if it's something my husband can fix, he tells them to leave that part and they fix only what we ask them to. We will definitely shop here for our next car!

Rick Our Service Advisor Was Awesome!!!

I had my Ford Escape in for an Oil Change as well as taking care of a recall that my vehicle had. Rick was the advisor that I dealt with and he was great very friendly and took care of everything we needed in a timely matter. He also stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and we will defiantly be back in a few months for the next oil change!

Excellent customer service!

Our salesman Stephen Clark went above and beyond to us with the purchase of a used vehicle. He made us feel comfortable about driving two hours just to look at the truck. It was exactly how he described it and we were able to to make a deal. He was very straight forward and there were no bad surprises. All of the staff that we had contact with were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were being taken care of. We would highly recommend Reynolds Ford!

Good Buying Experience

We had a very good experience buying our new vehicles at Reynolds. Scott answered every question we had and was very professional. We purchased a 2016 Fusion and a 2015 F-350. We are enjoying them very much.

Curteous, friendly, and eager to please!

I shopped around looking for the best deal, Reynolds is where I found it. Everyone that walked us through this purchase made us feel welcome and valued. They were very friendly and accommodating. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. The experience was very pleasant.

Salesman was excellent!

The salesman and the closer were both excellent! Jason(salesman) was informative about the vehicle. He patiently explained the new devices on the car and made sure that I knew how to use them effectively.

Kristian Ford is a great salesman

Kristian Ford was an awesome sales man. I got a great deal for the money. I didn't need a truck but he kept me looking and interested. Made the buying experience fun and easy. My business we call that Inviting, Easy , and Safe.

Great Experience

We purchased a new 2015 Transit Wagon. Our salesman, Jeff Tullius, was great! The experience was laid back and very comfortable. No high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
