2017 f 150 xlt

this is my third vehicle from Reynolds Ford. always professional and knowledgeable. thought we had seen everything and were about to leave then Steve Adams took us to the back lot where new arrivals were getting ready for detail and that's where we found it.

Friendly and knowledgeable

Great truck deal

Been working with Reynolds for a long time waiting for just the right F-150. Finally found it in their OKC inventory and Steve Adams was very helpful all along including getting it to Norman for a test drive. Between family and referrals, this is the 5th vehicle we've bought from Reynolds with Steve as our salesman. Glad to support the local Ford dealership here in Norman.

Car purchase

2nd auto purchase from Reynolds Ford in Norman. My experience at the dealership is excellent. Adam Kelly is the guy to talk to and Sean back in Finance were great. Go, you may not buy a car but you won’t regret meeting these folks.

NO HASSEL CAR BUYING

Adam Kelly was simply an awesome salesman. I had called ahead to let him know I was coming in to test drive the 2019 Fusion Hybrid. Adam had the car ready for a test drive when I pulled up. He was very knowledgeable about the car, answered my questions. Never felt I was being pushed or hurried to make a deal. It was simply a great experience, what car buying should be. Franco, was our finance guru and with no pressure presented what I asked for. I was a little stunned that they respected me when I mentioned that I wanted to buy a car, nothing else. This buying experience was simply great, when in the market again, I will be starting with Adam Kelly!

Highly recommend!

Beyond pleased!

First....WE LOVE FORDS, but more importantly, WE LOVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! We (including our family and friends) have bought several vehicles from Travis Ward, (Sales Manager) over the past 13 years. We decided to trade our 2015 F-150 pickup in and was undecided as to what we wanted. Our salesman was, Jeremy Cash (sales consultant). I can honestly say we received the best customer service that a person could get from Jeremy and Travis. There was no high pressure sales and fast talking. Jeremy gave us the space we needed to look around and talk freely and would check on us to see if we had any questions. Never pushing, and my husband and I appreciate that in a sales person more than one can imagine. We made our decision, and went into finance and had the pleasure of working with Franco DelCastillo (Business Manager). He also took his time to explain everything to where we felt good about our decision. He makes you feel comfortable talking about your finances and being very private and honest doing so. Once again, he also is not a high pressure business manager and we never felt rushed. It was a very good experience. Tyler was awesome! Love my new outlander
