Outstanding car buying experience
I have always hated buying a car from a dealer. Once on the lot at Reynolds Ford I met Enrique Villagran and I could tell this was going to be a good experience. Enrique was professional, no pressure sales person that wanted to make sure all my questions were answered on the 2018 Ford Edge I was interested in. The questions that needed clarification was referred to the Sales Manager, Doug Sandlin. Doug was outstanding as well. Doug was a straight shooter which I liked coming from the Sales Manager. It was a again an outstanding experience agreeing on the final price--No BS!! No Games!! Enrique drove the Edge to my home which saved me an UBER ride back to Reynolds Ford. The first impression from Enrique led to this purchase!! I would recommend Reynolds Ford to everyone looking for a vehicle!!

Amazing service
The service was like none other, Mr Jeremy Cash and his assistant Jacob were very helpful, kind, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Making us feel comfortable in the car environment that usually is very stressful, they made it a pleasure buying a car from them and I would absolutely buy a car from them again! He was amazing treated us like people did everything and more to make sure we were happy there I wouldn’t use anyone else when I return for another new vehicle He’s kind polite and not judge mental acted like he knew us our entire lives he’s a great person all around

Really bad customer service
Here’s the story of how REYNOLD’S FORD in Norman failed miserably! 3 years ago, my then 19 year old daughter bought a 3 year old car from them. She looked for several weeks before she found what she wanted. She paid the down payment with her own money. Bought the extended warranty. Within a couple of months, the car started having trouble. Took it in for repair (not to Reynolds but another Ford dealership so we could use the warranty). Found out that Reynolds never registered her warranty so there was no record of it. Had to produce documentation proving she had bought the warranty and plead our case so Reynolds would activate the warranty. Service dept had her car for a month with only an occasional loaner car. After replacing multiple parts, finally fixed the problem. Repeat repair scenario multiple times over the past 2 years. In March her car received major hail damage. Filed insurance claim and took it to be repaired. Once the body shop started repairs, they realize her car has been in a serious accident and has significant un-repaired damage. Body shop was contracted to repair hail damage so they complete that repair (which ended up costing enough that it should have been totaled from the hail damage alone). But they repaired it and insurance paid. Spoke with the manager at Reynolds Ford who basically said it sucks to be you but you can’t prove that we knew it had been wrecked when we sold it to you. (Which is crap because we took it to a dealership where the salesman looked under the hood and started pointing out all of the things that were wrong with it!) My daughter is left upside down in a car that isn’t worth it’s Blue Book value or “normal” trade-in value. Repairs will cost thousands of dollars—money she doesn’t have because she just graduated from college and hasn’t gotten a full-time job yet. The moral of the story is that Reynolds Ford did nothing illegal but definitely didn’t do the ethical or moral thing either. If you are looking for a used car, DO NOT BUY FROM REYNOLDS FORD!!

I am very sorry to hear this. Looking over the files on this sale I show the vehicle had a clean history report. With any of our vehicles, if we know there is an issue, we always disclose the information to our customers. We were never aware of any damage when we traded for it or when we sold the vehicle. Great Service! Great Deal!
We got great service from Jeremy Cash. He answered all our questions and when it came to making the deal his attitude, knowledge, and friendliness is what brought us back to Reynolds to purchase. The deal wasn’t made in a day so his patience in dealing with us deserves praises. Will definitely look to Jeremy Cash when making future deals.

Jeremy Cash- car salesperson
Jeremy Cash was so good and truly listened to me as to what I wanted in a vehicle. He made allowances for my difficulty walking by asking if he should bring the vehicle to one side on the building that was closest to me. He went through the paperwork and explained everything. I am certainly going to recommend him to everyone I know who is wanting to buy a car.
