This was my first experience buying a new car, and Igor and the staff at Laurel Kia made it as painless as could be. Igor was great to work with--he listened to my preferences and did not try to change my mind on model or trim level while keeping me informed throughout the process. Beyond that, he worked to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience at Laurel Kia and would continue to be satisfied with my vehicle after purchase. I found the entire process at this dealership to be very efficient and the staff to be warm and professional.

I initially went to Laurel Kia to test drive a used 2015 Optima, which was unfortunately sold the next day. However, Michael Davis got in touch with me the same day to let me know a 2016 Optima was coming in, and he would sell it to me for the same price. The closing process went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with my new car. I would highly recommend this dealer.

This was my fourth time buying a Kia Soul from Laurel Kia Dealership. My regular salesman, Jamal, was not on duty this time. I missied seeing him and getting expertise service. However, this time Pam was there to assist me in the purchase of a 2018 Kia Soul. I was very satisfied with her and she is very friendly, a very good talker and sales person. Thanks to Alex and Lesia for handling the transaction and closing out the deal. I drove away feeling very satisfied especially for the good communication.
