Working with Steve York and Even Reeves is a pleasure. Both parties work hard in make the time in the dealership work smoothly. This will be the second time our company has worked with Laurel Kia on purchasing Kia soul for our business. Great dealership to work with give them a call if you're looking for a good deal.

Terrible experience with buying a brand new Kia in

Terrible experience with buying a brand new Kia in December 2023. The Kia broke down on the side of the road two weeks after buying it with less than 200 miles on it. What a nightmare trying to get this thing resolved. Our Kia sat on the service center parking lot for several weeks before someone could take a look at it. The amount of voicemails and emails we sent was outrageous. We were finally told the engine was faulty and they had no idea when an engine would be available, but it would be about six months. We were told no loaner car could be issued while we waited. We finally looked into the lemon law and Kia America agreed to buy our Kia back, but here we are, almost 5 months later and we still haven’t received a buyback or refund. Our family has been sharing one vehicle since December. Terrible.

Terrible.

Terrible... RUN RUN RUN... I bought my car in December. It is MARCH and still don't have a license plate. Couldn't get a call back to save my lie. At first they would answer all question because they wanted a good rating on the sale. 2 months it took me to get my paper work sent to the DMV. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE RIGHT!!!! I called today to see if the DMV received my paper work and now they saying I owe 1260.00. WHAT????? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

The best dealership Service Manager ever.

The best dealership Service Manager ever. Jeremy was so kind to take 20+ minutes on the phone, to help me resolve and understand the electronics systems. I'm still in "shock" with the true desire to be of service. Huge accolades for he and King Kia!

Sketchy and unprofessional.

Sketchy and unprofessional. Sold us a vehicle with a bent rim, bad caliper, and terrible brakes. Then after coming in to do numbers and being told they were done and ready for us,I get a notification from credit karma that their sleazy sales manager just sent it to another bank to get approved. Why, if your numbers are already set? Stay away

Took 2020 Kia to service dept for engine issues.

Took 2020 Kia to service dept for engine issues. They would call leave voicemail but when calling back they don't have anyone answers their phone (phone just rings) this is normal each time we tried eventually had to drive up to service dept twice to get updates on vehicle an request for more paperwork after they altered (cut an paste) then print my original receipts showing I had done my oil changes. Customer Service/ communication is not a plus. Do your research before coming here. My car was towed here 😭 I'm hoping reviews Ike this will help them get better.

Where do i start?

Where do i start? I went out on a limb and decided to by a car as a new year gift. The salesman seemed helpful at first until I started my paperwork then I got forgotten. He didn’t give me a tour of the car and I had to learn the figures though YouTube. Called back 3 months later because I need some information pertaining to an oil change maintenance..Got passed around nobody knew anything at all… My advice forget this place and go read reviews and find another spot.

The finance person I spoke to was so rude that I ended up

The finance person I spoke to was so rude that I ended up asking him if he was having a bad day. Ridiculous that you'd treat someone giving you their business and thousands of dollars like I'm an annoyance. He was also talking bad about another customer loud enough I could hear him over the little wall. I drove way too far twice for BS. Definitely would not recommend.

We love Laurel kia!

We love Laurel kia! They are always knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely want to get you the car you want as financially comfortable as possible. Pierce York is awesome, he has sold us several cars and he’s a pleasure to work with. Very personable and informative. I went to other dealerships (including other Kia’s) prior to purchasing at Laurel. They are the best!
