I went into Kia on Saturday and purchased a brand new Optima! Best customer Service! Sean Prather provided excellent customer service and all the other employees are super friendly and inviting. The process was easy and they have a large selections of cars. Fair trade-in value. :)

Beware of what the sales person states your vehicle options are and what is included in maintenance plans. We were told that we had a wireless phone charger and when it didn't work that the problem was our out dated phones. After 4 or 5 days we were then told that our car didn't have that optiom

We had a wonderful experience with Pierce. He was not the typical, pushy sales guy. He is honest and humble and knows about the cars. He wants the customer to be completely satisfied. Will be telling our friends all about this very positive experience.
