This was the "BEST" car buying experience EVER!! Very genuine,caring and honest and make you feel like family. I would recommend and buy from them again. Jamal was awesome when I purchased my 2014 Kia Sorento. He pulled up every car for me to test drive until I made my final decision. He made the deal easy and hassle free and he is very friendly. I never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything. I got a great deal and it went faster than I would have expected. I visited Laurel Kia for an Optima and was impressed by the absolute courteousness of the sales person I worked with there, Jamal Allen. Jamal paid close attention to exactly what I wanted. He was extremely personable, listened to me intently and in a way that didn't make me nervous or anxious. Not only that, he was extremely professional, and fun all at the same time. Most importantly, Jamal offered me the BEST deal that I ever got of any of the dealerships!! He made it so inviting that I could not walk out the door!!! I was also impressed by the cohesiveness of all the staff there and the management leadership. The manager was not pushy and was very respectful of each customer as was Jamal of me. Three days prior to my visit to Kia, my sister had purchased a new car from KIA-Laurel. She came home bubbling over about the purchase of her new car & the great deal she had scored! I found it hard believe, so I had to pay them a visit, and check it out for myself.... WELL!! Let me tell you, she was NOT exaggerating!! It was my intent to look around, and possibly make a trade on my 2007 Hyundai. A few hours later, I was walking out of the door with not one, but TWO brand-spanking-new 2013 KIA OPTIMA'S!! I can still hardly believe it! And I owe it all to MR. ANDREW ORTIZ! This is my 4th new car ever purchased, and NEVER....I MEAN NEVER, have I ever received such outstanding service! Andrew was very kind, patient, professional and just a fun guy to buy a car from. He was also very knowledgeable about every detail of my 2 new cars, and he took the time to show myself and my daughter all of the cool gadgets that the Optima has to offer. During this same visit, I had the pleasure of handling the "financial piece" with MOE. Moe sat with me over an hour after the store had closed, discussing all of my financial options. He was also extremely patient & kind, and would not let me leave, until he knew I was absolutely comfortable with the payment arrangements he set forth. I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND ANDREW ORTIZ MET ME OUTSIDE LOOKING AT CARS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CAR ON THE LOT THAT I WANTED IN THE COLOR I WANTED SO ANDREW ORTIZ AND STEVE YORK WORKED WITH ME AND WAS PATIENT WHILE I TRIED TO DECIDE WHAT COLOR I WANTED. A COUPLE DAYS LATER I DECIDED THAT I WANTED AWD AND THEY LOCATED THE COLOR I WANTED . I PICKED THE CAR UP A WEEK LATER AND HAVE BEEN HAPPY EVER SINCE WITH THE SERVICE ANDREW PROVIDED.

I had the best salesperson in the DMV (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia) area! My mom and I visited Laurel Kia where Andrew Ortiz became our attentive salesperson. We weren't looking for anything in particular, but needed to trade out of our car into a new car. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating while inquiring about our wants and needs of our new car. He knew that we were trying to stay within a certain price range and he did his best to not only meet but exceed our expectations. "Moe" in Finance was also very knowledgeable and professional. He worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable with our new car payment and took the time to explain all of the terms and conditions of our contract. We love our new car and can never thank Andrew and Moe enough!!!
