He was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling and answered every question I had. Visited Shirley after a co-worker recommended her to me. I just went through a terrible experience with a dealership in Troy Michigan (Brent Morley). Shirley right to the point after I described to her the type of vehicle I wanted. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and various configuration and options available. As i described the make, model and preferred option I wanted, she had it at the dealership the following day with any compromises, the exact car as I stipulated. No haggle with the trade in either. I proposed what I wanted, they drove the car and made a thorough inspection and gave me my price inside of forty-five minutes. Shirley got me all sorts of incentives I was not even aware of, so the price I paid for my new car was great. Further, I live approximately 1 hour from the dealership, so of course, they delivered the car to my house and picked up my trade in! pretty incredible car buying experience to say the least. I certainly would recommend this dealership and Shirley in particular to my friends and family without reservation.

Bill Crispin Chevrolet gave the best customer service. When you walk into this dealership you will be greeted with plenty of smiles and warm welcomes. The dealership is very clean and attractive. Our salesperson name was Nate and when I say he did a great job at making sure we were happy customers. This dealership is located in Saline, Mi which is about 50 miles away from my home and I would travel this far to buy another car from Bill Crispin. Nate gave us a tour of the dealership while our paperwork was being prepared and introduced us to the staff he made us feel like we were apart of the Bill Crispin Family. They gave us a great deal on our vehicle which also made us a satisfied customer.
