I came to Bill Crispin Chevrolet because I needed help...

I came to Bill Crispin Chevrolet because I needed help with my 12 year old car. What I found was the friendliest most helpful group of people EVER! I have always feared the car buying experience however what I realized was it doesn't have to be scary. From the gentleman who opened the door for me to every employee I passed I felt like I was in good hands. Dick found the perfect car for me, he showed me all its bells and whistles and gave me the time I needed to feel comfortable with my decision. He even let me take it home to make sure I could park it in my garage. I was also extremely happy with the price! I had no idea buying a car could be such a wonderful experience. I will always turn to Bill Crispin Chevrolet and would highly recommend this dealer! I love my 2013 Traverse! Thank You to everyone at Bill Crispin!

My vehicle transmission died, and I needed to get a new vehicle before the snow fell. I visited this dealer, Tom met me outside as I got off the motorcycle. He showed me the offerings they had in my price range, and then I left to do some comparison shopping. After I had compared various vehicles, I decided I wanted a different car than he showed me. I had gone to a separate Chevrolet dealer, and decided to compare their price to Bill Crispin's price. Tom was able to get me an extra $200 for my trade with the blown transmission and a lower interest rate. I didn't have to do any gimmicks such as walking away, telling him I was done with them, or anything. I did inform them I was working simultaneously with another dealer though. He was also able to secure the color Sonic I wanted, which was the only one available, in my options desired, for 300 miles. He sent a porter up to get it (100 miles away) and was able to get it cleaned and done for me. Overall, I am quite happy with the dealer, with the salesman, and am looking forward to working with the service department to service the car.

My experience with Cal at Bill Crispin was an excellent one. Cal was extremely friendly, and most importantly did not waste any time! He listened to what kind of price and car I was looking for and did accomplished exactly what I wanted. I even got a free bed liner for my truck! The rest of the Bill Crispin staff was excellent, too.

I loved my Saturn Ion, when it died last week, I needed a new car right away! I contacted several dealerships online. Teresa read my e-mail carefully and paid attention to what I needed. She worked with Dave to find the best car for me! Dave showed me my options on two different vehicles, paying careful attention to my request for a specific color. Julie helped me accessorize the vehicle so that it was "just right" and Heather worked with me and the bank so that my new car was affordable. I hadn't bought a new car in 10 years, so it was wonderful to have an attentive sales staff that didn't try to talk me into features that I didn't need and took very good care of me.

Both sales and service departments were highly qualified and presented me with all my options and provided helpful advice to allow me to make the best decision for myself. My husband and I had been purchasing/leasing foreign cars for the past 15 years. In July we saw a great ad for a Traverse in the Detroit Free Press. We called Crispin and they said they could meet or beat the ad so we went over to the dealership and met with Shirley Cofield. We could not have had a better experience. Shirley was extremely professional and knowledgeable as well as personable. Not pushy, at all. Very pleasant. The other Crispin staff that worked with us were also terrific!! It was such a great experience my husband ended up getting a new truck too!!!
