I emailed Spencer Ragas stating the model, trim, ext

I emailed Spencer Ragas stating the model, trim, ext color, & int color I was looking for. He replied back with what he had along with all the details and sent 2 personalized videos of each vehicle. He did not waste my time, he did not just simply say we have a lot to come and look. This was a very smooth purchase. Once I arrived at the dealership he had the SUV ready for me to test drive and purchase! Spencer was extremely knowledgeable and took time to introduce me to my new CX 70. He did not stumble or have to ask someone else when it came to answering questions and showing how things functioned. Thank you Spencer!

Chassie was a great service advisor.

Chassie was a great service advisor. I arrived for a routine oil change, but also reported an intermittent transmission issue for investigation. She asked some very good questions which I could not answer very well at the time. However, now I know what to look for if the issue should happen again. Chassie accurately updated my information in the computer and was thorough, professional, and an excellent communicator. I will ask for her in the future.

Richard was great.

Richard was great. I asked for a quote through the Misa website. It was sent to two dealerships. Richard with peretti Mazda called me within 15 minutes. Also, everybody at the dealership cheated me great and made the buying process very easy.

The service was fast and efficient, and the service

The service was fast and efficient, and the service person was very courteous. The volume on the mechanic's video was too low to hear clearly...even after playing it on my computer. But overall...still great service at the service department!

Awesome experience for purchasing a car.

Awesome experience for purchasing a car. Richard was great to work with and stayed on top of communication with me. This experience included out of state delivery from Louisiana to Alabama. The guys delivered on time Saturday and they too awesome..Thank you Richard, Ethen & Cole!!

Great experience! Richard (sales) was easy to work with & very knowledgeable, as were the other folks. No hard sell, & felt a very fair deal was made. Already recommended to others & will continue to do so.
