Great group of Sales and Delivery people to work with

The employees were very well informed of the product and worked hard to answer my questions. I would recommend anyone wanting a GMC or Buick check this dealer out before buying a vehicle.

Great experience

From my first contact with Rich to dealing with the finance department the entire experience was efficient and very professional. I would recommend the highly. Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had.

Fast and Courteous

We have been buying new cars for over 50 years and NEVER had a better experience. We were fortunate to work with TWO great salesmen; (Chief) Eric, and (Jersey) Rich. These gentlemen were very courteous and did not hesitate to make the extra effort to earn our business. We will shop and buy Hyatt again and recommend others to do so. We should also give kudos to (speedy) Dan the finance man. We were short on time and were assured that he would have us out in time, and he did.

Sales Experience

I went to Hyatt with the intention of just "window shopping" and left with a 2019 GMC. I was very impressed with Anthony Fiorina as our sales contact and Keith Mendenhall as our car specialist. Very pleased with the courteous and professional manner of Anthony and Keith.

No hassel.

Buick leftover

Friendly and helpful sales staff and service staff. First purchased new 2009 Pontiac. Serviced at Hyatt for last 10 years. Just traded in for 2017 Buick leftover.

Easy Buying Experience

This was the least stressful time I’ve had buying/leasing a vehicle. No one is overbearing and up in your face the whole time but once you do have a sales rep, they work very hard to get you the best deal they can on the vehicle you’re after! Rich and I have been trying to nail down a deal that could work for me on the exact truck I was looking for since December. Finally, as programs came out, we got the numbers right and the PERFECT truck!

Very strange

Salespeople were very friendly.trying to get offer for sales manager was a long process. Was told to leave and I would be notified by telephone. Never happened.I returned 5days later to get an offer. Process went slow but made a deal .I have purchased many many new cars over last 50 years this was the strangest!!!!

Amazingly excited!!

I've been in search of something different, (dealership, car). I'd been to this dealership in the past but really wasn't ready to buy a car. Now that it was time to buy a car, I remembered how professional and knowledgeable about their cars they were. The staff welcomes you with a smile and they really don't jump all over you when you enter the showroom. I had the priveged of working with Tony as my salesman. Tony was not only truthful, knowledgeable and professional he was also a hoot. He took the pressure and worries about leasing or buying and made me satisfied with my decision. Dan made filling out all those endless papers that needed to be signed hassle free. Keith was the good to person once I received my keys. He went through every feature of the car and encouraged me to ask questions if needed. Took his time, and told me if I needed any help over the next few weeks just to come back and he would be happy to help. So, overall I will say to anyone that is reading this review that if you are looking for a special experience in buying a car. HYATT BUICK, MYRTLE BEACH, is the place for you.
