Love Our new car

We really appreciate Rich’s help getting a deal on our new car. He was determined to help us get what we wanted. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a good salesman. Everyone we worked with Jude Carter, Dan Mahaffey and Rich Aponte went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Purchased Vehicle

We went to this dealership "just looking" and within an hour Jodie Miller had shown us several new vehicles, but we were quite surprised at the high prices of the 2019 models. We said "cheaper"! He then showed us the 2018 models left on the lot and I fell in love with one and within two hours we had traded in our truck and bought one of last years SUV's.....Jodie was EXCELLENT at showing us how to operate the "bells and whistles" and getting us on the road! They even let our dog come into the showroom. We LOVE our new SUV!

Fantastic People and Dealership

If you are looking to buy a vehicle this is the place to go. Everyone makes you feel like you are the most important person in the dealership. They are open and honest, no high pressure. They go out of their way to make sure you understand each step in the process. There is NONE of the usual, "let me go talk to my manager", "what can I do to make you buy today", "will you sign if I can get you this", blah blah blah, BS. They are just straight up and want to help make the car buying experience pleasant. I can't say enough, Richie our salesman, Jude the Manager and Dan who handles the finance were all fantastic. I had gone to two others dealerships first and the experience was terrible. I'm glad I made the trip to Hyatt, Buick, GMC, they are a first rate dealership!!

Great sales and service. I felt that Eric did all he could do to get me a good deal. Dennis has been a lot of help when needed.

Hyatt Buick GMS kicks xxx ~

No pressure! Likable staff. Very professional. The expedited my requests & did not make excuses or drag their feet. THEY KICKED xxx quick fast & in a hurry & it was much appreciated. There was no haggling. I never felt like I was working w/ a car salesman. Hyatt Buick GMS has professional automotive consultants!!! I told them what I wanted & when I needed it & POW, they were on it like Mike Tyson at a beauty pageant! Great follow up by the salesman & credit manager. Everything that they said they would do came true only faster. I don't mind keeping reviews real - good or bad ...... Hyatt Buick GMC made me actually feel good about spending $72,000 & I now feel like part of their family. Very professional & kool peeps. Great job Freddie & Keith ~

Making a new purchase

Exceptional ease in making a purchase and a great service department once you’ve done so. The entire staff will bend over backwards to make sure you’re satisfied.

New car owner

I had no problem with my experience. This is the first time I've purchased an automobile myself. All other times my late husband made most new card decisions with some input from me.

Great Dealership Experience

This was 'the best' dealership experience my wife and I have ever had!!!..........And anyone who knows us, knows we have purchased/leased a lot of vehicles!........Tom and his team, especially Eric and Ted, are all 'Aces' in our opinion.......We are actually 'looking' for friends, family and neighbors to send their way!!!

Great Customer Service

We enjoyed working with Mike. He was very knowledgeable about the Terrain's features. He was very helpful after the purchase--more so than any other dealer we've worked with, in getting our Bluetooth set up, as well as an OnStar tutorial.
