I've been to many car lots over the years, and I have bad questionable experiences. 2 days ago I sent a text to James McKinney, within an hour or two everything was taken care of by my bank and by Mr. McKinney and I went to pick up my car. I expected easy in and easy out no fuss treatment since I bought a used car from them, but was pleasantly surprised to be treated by everyone like I bought the most expensive car on the lot. I will definitely be back.

Easy process and overall great experience with Mr. Miles. He listened to everything I wanted and even though he guided me in a different direction it was definitely worth it in the end.
