Great Service, Great Dealership and Awesome Crew!!!!
Had a great experience there. From the time we spoke with James McKinney on the phone... arrived at the dealership and left with my 2017 Equinox which only had 6miles on it I was so excited and give God the praise for the blessing. If ever in need again I will be back and highly recommend anyone to try them FIRST. James was a great salesman and I never felt pushed. He asked what we wanted and gave us exactly that. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle also. I give them a 5 star because from the lady at the front desk to Rick the Finance team and Ray who kept a smile on his face to the whole team they are were very nice and has great hospitality. I am one SATISFIED customer and I will make sure everyone knows it. Again Thank You so much!

Great car purchase experience
After visiting several Memphis area dealerships we drove to Brownsville to see a specific truck. This is the first dealership that was truly no pressure... from the first phone call we felt they were listening and wanted to help us with our goal, not just sell a car. To top it off, we got a great price! We will start with Roy and the rest of the team at Hatcher Chevrolet next time we need a vehicle. Less than an hour's drive resulted in a superb car purchase experience, the vehicle we wanted and confidence that we can go to them in the future.

Bad experience
We bought a truck from Donnie Hatcher Chevrolet and it started as good experience. Everyone there was very nice the day we bought the truck. The salesman was Roy Wear and the sale went very smoothly. After our purchase was complete and we were getting ready to leave we asked for the other key as we had only been given one. We were told the previous owner said it was at home and he was going to bring it the dealership the next week. That was no problem because we had to return the following week anyway. That following week we called and emailed Roy Wear about our other key and he would not return our call nor respond to our emails. The afternoon we returned to the dealership Roy was out to lunch in the middle of the afternoon when he knew we would be there. He finally returned about 45 minutes after we had arrived. He never came and spoke to us. We had to hunt him down to ask about the key. He said the previous owner had lost the key and then hurried off saying they were calling him. I found him about 10 minutes later and asked what are you going to do about the key and he lied and said he had told us when we purchased the truck that they only had one key. He was very rude. I would never buy anything from him again. Everyone else there had been very nice. If he had handled things differently it probably would not have a big issue but to avoid us and then be downright rude too. I guess as long as he sells you something and gets your money then he care less if you come back.

my experience with buying vehicles in the past is ive always gotten 2 keys or fobs. this truck has a fob and they are very expensive to buy and have programmed. if roy would have been honest up front and told me there was only one fob then we could have worked something out up front but I feel like I was deceived because he waited until the deal was totally done before he informed me there was only one fob. if he tells you anything different then he's a liar. I'm not comfortable with the fact there is a fob out there programmed for my truck but there is nothing I can do about that now. you can help the situation by buying me a new fob and having it programmed. if not then my review will stand and I will never buy or recommend yall again. We were told when we asked for the other key that the previous owner had the key at home and was going to bring it. Roy said he would call us when he got it. He never called and would not return our call or emails. Then we did finally get to talk to him and he was very rude. That was the final straw. I just want what I was told I would receive.

My experience was quick n easy. I was treated with respect. My saleman, Brandon was polite and knowledgeable. I feel that I received a good deal, at the price I could afford. I will consider going back, for future needs.

Best Service I've Ever Had At A Dealership
We were in Memphis looking for a gently used Honda Pilot. Saw an advertisement for one here, which was about an hour away. Phone call was answered promptly by Andrew, we were promised the car was still available and would be pulled around for us when we got there. When we arrived, they had the car front and center, had already sent it through the car wash to make sure it was gleaming, and had the keys waiting for our test drive. Absolutely no pressure at any point in the process. Once we decided we wanted it, negotiations took less than 10 minutes, and once we agreed on the price, we were signing papers within 5 minutes, and walking out the door with our new vehicle another 5 minutes after that. Hands down the quickest, easiest dealership situation I have EVER been involved in. This is how buying a car should be. Brandon was honest, up-front, and true to his word, and Rick knew exactly what he was doing, no wasted time with either of them. Thanks guys!

Values customers
We had a wonderful experience in general at the Brownsville dealership, especially with James. Most dealerships you feel pressured into a decision and we didn't have that feel here. Also, something common you see is the salesman only talking to the man in a sales situation. This was not the case whatsoever! I felt just as valued as my husband. We make decisions together so it was nice to be included from the other side also.
