Dealing with Greg was great. Straight Forward, good deal. The explanation by Savannah was very thorough and everything was explained in detail. The Explanation of the one year service at no charge was clear, and this is the second KIA Soul we have purchased in the past 6 months, and it is because Greg and the dealership treats you right.

We went into Kia just looking for something affordable that got great gas mileage for our son traveling back and forth to college. We ended up with a great Kia forte and great relationship with the dealer. We had a great experience with them. They did everything they could to earn our business.

I would definitely recommend anyone who is in search of a nice car at a great price to Tim. He was kind and willing to help me in anyway he could. He was patient and did not push me at all. I have had bad experiences with 2 other Kia places and was considering giving up. Not now anytime I do business with a Kia place it will be CARRIAGE from now on. It was a pleasant experience dealing with the salesmen and the paperwork was handled in a timely manner. There have been times when purchasing a new car has taken all day long. Not so in this case. The KIA Sorento is a wonderful car and a great value.

In all honesty, this was the fastest and easiest buying experience we have ever had. We discussed what we were looking for, how much we wanted to pay, and how much we were expecting for our trade in. Carriage quickly met all three of those needs and put us in the vehicle were wanting. We were in and out in a little over 2 hours.

I was a first time car buyer with not so great credit. I went in to look at the Kia Sportage and Optima as I did not know that much about Kia's. I was greeted by Luis who was extremely friendly. I did tell him that I would not be buying that day and instead of just being short with me he sat down and spent at least an hour and a half talking to me about the cars as well as what to look for in financing. He was not overly pushy which was very nice. I ended up going back a few days later and bought my first brand new car on my own! I think that Luis and Amanda were as happy and excited for me as I was! I would and have recommended Carriage to others and would definately recommend Luis to work with!

Dustin was very helpful in letting me test drive the Kia Soul that eventually purchased. He answered all the questions with much knowledge about the product. The finance team was also instumental in getting me in my Kia Soul HamStar Edition. I would definately recommend Carriage Kia to others for their Kia needs.

Well, I have bought way more of my share of cars and trucks. So, since I have all this experiance you can bet that what I say is so. Kevin, was our salesman and he was great from greeting all the way thru our goodbuy. Carriage Kia is a nice dealership and everyone is so friendly and Kevin knows the product. So, I must say we are very happy with our new Kia !!!

After several "trying" encounters with other dealers, Carriage Kia was a welcome change. Friendly, knowledgeable, low pressure. I was in and out of there in 3 hours, had my new Sorento,. It was worth the 2 hour drive!

We were past customers of this Kia dealership and were very pleased with the service we received both when we purchased our Sorento and when it was serviced. Because of that good service we returned when we were ready to trade up for a newer, better Kia.
