Found the dealer through auto buyers program we use and...
Found the dealer through auto buyers program we use and they qouted the middle discount compared to 3 other Kia dealers. The dealer closest to me which I wanted to buy from couldn't even come close to the price. When I left that dealer they told me to watch out other dealers will try to low ball me on my trade in. Well not only did they match the trade value they kept the original internet discount and their DOC/customer service fee was lower than most. Then all we needed was financing optiions I would be happy with. Our credit score was not quite as high as we thought but they still got us very competitive financing to make our payment affordable. Also they have a great newer dealership that is clean and modern. They have a good selection of vehicles and everyone is very polite and friendly. Dustin was great and very patient with us and it was nice just dealing with one person through the whole process. We bought a car and drove out of there in a couple of hours. Then we found out we get one year of service and all the extras with the service rewards program. Thanks

Friendly without being "pushy"---willing to work with my needs and wants, willing to keep trying to make the deal work---I had wanted a Kia for a long time, actually went to the dealership to look at used cars---but Michael and Greg were great in helping us find a new car at an affordable price, interest rate and payment schedule--I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Kia at a great deal~

I would rate my buying experience at Carriage Kia as excellent. And I have purchased a number of cars since I started driving in 1971.My salesman Michael Paglianti was friendly and quiet helpful. He and the people in the finance department were willing to work with me on the price. They were low key and there was no pressure to "force" a sale. The dealership also has a person "Josh" to come out after the sale and explain and demonstrate all the features of the car. Josh help me set up my bluetooth (for my cellphone and the sirius radio). The Kia Forte is an excellent vehicle that is packed with a number of high tech bells and whistles. And the 100,000 mile warranty and free oil changes for a year are just icing on the cake to make this car purchase a great deal.

This was my second purchase from Carriage Kia. My first...
This was my second purchase from Carriage Kia. My first purchase was a 2012 Optima in October 2011. Three weeks later I was in an accident and the car was totaled. The amazing thing was the quality of the safety features of the car. I walked away from the accident with only bumps and bruises. It could easily have been so much worse. It's one of the things that made me return to Carriage Kia and buy another Optima. They were unbelievably helpful and accommodating. and handled everything even answering insurance questions regarding the wrecked vehicle. When I showed up, they had another 2012 Optima waiting for me and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. The people at Carriage Kia made one aspect of the accident easy and stress free and quickly got me into another new car that I love. I would recommend this dealership and this car to anyone in the market for a beautiful and safe sedan.
