my wife and i visited 5 other dealerships before choosing carriage kia; the entire staff was helpful, educated, and friendly. they didn't play games. the did what they said and the said what they did. overall, michael and mikey sealed the deal with their help; it was the best overall experience buying a new car i have ever had (i have bought 5 new cars in the past).

I shopped on line but liked Shane so I let him...

I shopped on line but liked Shane so I let him "match or beat" all prices from competitors. Had the car we wanted in stock but it took 5 hours to buy our car! He had 3 deals going on at one time so that really drew things out. On top of that, he forgot to collect our down payment! I brought it in when they opened the next morning and Shane didn't call to thank me. When I came in to get my "we owe" items, he didn't thank me then either! Instead, he had me fill out more paperwork since they lost it!!! Really was a good experience but I think Carriage Kia would do good by changing some policies and a bit more work on customer service. All in all, I walked away with a GREAT car at a price my wife and I were very pleased with. What more can you really ask?

Over all I was very happy with the experience of this...

Over all I was very happy with the experience of this purchase. My original intent was not to purchase a new vehicle, but I was made an offer which I could not walk away from. Nevertheless, the staff was very fair and made the experience very pleasant. If you are looking to buy a new car and looking for a no nonsense process, I would most definitely recommend this dealership. I would do business with them in the future.

I went to the dealership not expecting to buy anything. However, the customer service was great, the car was great and they met my request. I would highly recommend anyone who is in search of a new car to give them a visit.

Went in to only check what they had to offer on the Soul....

Went in to only check what they had to offer on the Soul. Not ready to buy at the time. Test drove the Soul with Kris. A few times said I would wait and Kris came back with a better offer. A great offer and I purchased the Soul. A great saleman, and Mike showed us how to use all the gadgets and off we drove home in our new Soul. Nice experience dealing with people who care about their customers. Would definitely recommend Carriage Kia and Kris as a saleman.

Everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting down at Carriage Kia have been very helpful and very friendly in making my buying experience great. I have had subsequent phone calls after the sale to make sure that I am totally satisfied with my purchase. The Optima is performing flawlessly and giving me great performance and fuel economy. Our experiance at Carriage Kia was more than great. We came in with the intent on buying a base modle car. Already pre-apporved through our bank with the best intrest rate we've ever had, we were told by our sales person, Kevin, that he and Carriage Kia would do better than our bank. He proved to us that he and Carriage Kia could give us a great deal. On top of it all, we got an upgrade on the vehicle that we were interested in. Kevin was very profesional and friendly in our experiance at Carriage Kia. We will definatly return to Carriage Kia to purchas future vehicles for our family. Thank you Carriage Kia!!!!! We were looking for a new Kia Forte 5 door. This car turned out to be very rare, and I wanted a specific color and options. Luis was not only able to find the right car for me, but get it pulled to Carriage. He was great to work with and prompt with communication. By far this was one of my best car buying experiences.
