my experience at KIA was great in the beginning through...

my experience at KIA was great in the beginning through the actual buying process. After the car was purchased there was an incident that involved improper APR, and down payment. Although there was nothing that could be done about the APR, the down payment issue was worked out with the help of brian and chuck. My overall experience with KIA has been good and i would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. I would just warn them to make sure they read all the paperwork

We love our 2012 Kia Sorento. Robert and Michael were very helpful and easy to work with, and made the new car buying experience a pleasure. Mikey was wonderful with the new car orientation.

Robert made our experience all around good at Carriage...

Robert made our experience all around good at Carriage Kia. We bought a used spectra and a brand new Sorento. He bent over backwards to make sure we were pleased with the product and got the best deal. We love our vehicles and we will recommend him and the dealership to anybody!

I was very satisfied with my experience at Carriage Kia. The salesman was very nice and patient with us as we decided on the deal. I was most impressed with the young man who did the final inspection with us. He was very knowledgeable on the bells and whistles with the Kia. He was really friendly and did a great job.

Everyone at this particular Kia location has always been...

Everyone at this particular Kia location has always been super nice and helpful. We've been doing business with them for several years and their customer service is what made us decide to buy our next Kia from here. I have the comfort of always knowing that Marc in the service center is going to take care of any issues I have, make sure I get the best prices on parts and that the repairs are done quickly and I know that when the time comes for us to buy another new Kia I will come back to this location and see Robert again! Excellent customer services!

I was looking for a car and found the Forte to meet my needs perfectly. The car had to come from another dealer and there were a few winkles in getting the right car, but they were able to "iron out" the problems. I'm enjoying my new car.

I was not planning on buying on that day, but Robert was such a good salesman and he was not pushy or aggressive towards me, as if he was I would have left. Robert showed me everything I wanted to see and answered all my question, so as you well know I bought it and drove it home and I couldn't be happier with my car or Robert as my salesperson. I had been unhappy with the SUV that I had. I drove a van for many years and should have stayed with one but I didn't. I had herd of the KIA but had never driven one. I was going to try out several but when I tried out the KIA, I went back inside. We worked out A deal and I bought the van. I'm happy with it.

The price at Carriage Kia was better than their...

The price at Carriage Kia was better than their competitors. Salesman Greg Simpson was very helpful and all the staff was friendly. After our purchase we were given a thorough review of all the features of the Sorento and Mike even helped with the settings for the Blue-tooth.
