By far, the best experience in my car buying life which...

By far, the best experience in my car buying life which includes about 50 new cars - this Kia being the 2nd leat expensive car that I have ever purchased. I typically buy Corvettes, BWW's and other expensive inports. Carraige Kia ROCKS!

Dustin went above and beyond to make me happy. At no time did I ever feel like he was just trying to get a sale like I have with previous dealerships. I am amazed at the service Carriage Kia provides and Carriage is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee in Dustin Seagraves. Thanks!

Our experience with Heritage was very unexpected and...

Our experience with Heritage was very unexpected and pleasant compared to the other six dealerships we had visited. We went there only to test drive the Sorrento since we had pretty well decided on another vehicle. After talking with Laura and Chuck and seeing the quality and value of the Kia we began to re-think our decision. This was the most low key and low pressure experience with a car dealership that you would ever want. We did not intend to purchase when we went but are now very happily driving our new Kia Sorrento.

Loved our saleswoman, Laura :). We are loving our new Kia Sedona and so are our kids. Alot of room, comfort and good on gas. Thank you for a good experience, first time buying a Kia.

The people at Kia were great to do business with. I had emailed them about vehicle options and availability and had received prompt responses that answered all my questions. When I went to test drive a vehicle, the workers were again friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. After purchasing the vehicle, I was shown personally how all the features worked, which I had never experienced with other dealerships in the past. The staff was all around excellent. I love my vehicle so far, too, and look forward to the year of free service offered on it.

Pleasant experience with out high pressure from the sales associate . The price was right for the car we bought and we were able to stay within budget . Would recommend to family and friends !

Overall, we had a great experience. The salesperson we dealt with was not pushy even though they wanted to make a sale. The atmosphere of the dealership was very positive and the telephone follow-ups after the sale were encouragin. I sincerely believe they really want us to be satisfied in all aspects of the experience. They wanted to earn our business and I can tell they want us to be repeat customers. I have really "bragged" on Carriage Kia and have recommended them to everyone who has inquired as to where we bought the car.

We had such a great buying experience 2 years ago when we purchased the Borrego that we returned to buy the Optima. Greg was our sales agent for both cars and he looked at all options to make sure we could get the deal we wanted.
