My overall experience at Carriage Kia was excellent. From the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership, to the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. I came in to test drive and possibly purchase a new vehicle, and found that it was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever been involved in. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car visit Carriage Kia before they go anywhere else.

We were treated as we would expect to be treated. By courteous, friendly, and competent personal. They answered all questions, explained all the requirements pertinent to registration, etc., and offered assistance wherever possible. We were given all the information we required to make our decision to purchase.

My husband and I started our car shopping at Carriage Kia with Mike Paglianti. He showed us the vehicles he thought described what we were looking for. I liked the sportage but wanted to continue looking around before we made a decision. Mike was not "pushy" at all; which I appreciated. We continued to look around at others dealerships and finally decided to come back for the Sportage because we felt like it was the best fit for what I need in a vehicle. After the purchasing process, we were taken through an introduction and a "How to" course with Mikey. He was very thorough with explaining what buttons did what, showing me how to use the navigation system, and helped me the blue tooth set up. I was searching for a dependable new or used vehicle. I had been to two other dealerships and had two prospects I was considering. I completed the online application, explained exactly what I was looking for and the price range I needed to stay in. I immediately received a response email and a phone call. I made an appointment and was greeted warmly when I walked into the showroom. I sat with Michael Paglianti and discussed exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. We test drove one I fell in love with. While I went back to work the finance dept went to work on my paperwork. I came back after work. I was crushed when I was given the final figures. It wasnt in my budget. Quick thinking by sales associates and they had another car pulled around for me to look at. The Kia Forte 5. It is so CUTE! I drove it and loved it. The finance dept once again was busy with my paperwork while I was out driving. I was presented with the final numbers upon returning. It was a little more than I had stated, but it was doable. I signed and was handed my keys!!! Mikey came out to meet me and he sat in the car with me showing me all the gadgets and their functions. It was a great car buying experience overall and I would definately reccommend Carriage Kia to my friends. Thanks !!

Great people to deal with. The people are courteous and will negotiate a very competitive price. I visited another KIA dealer and they were not as good. The Sorento is a great car. The Kia Sorento is a midsize SUV offered in base, LX and EX trim levels. A third-row 50/50-split-folding seat with room for two is available. A 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine is standard, and it produces 175 horsepower.

I was in the market for a new SUV. I had purchased a vehicle from the carriage family before and had been very pleased with my experience. After looking at several SUV's I found that the Kia Sorento had more bang for the buck. I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. When I first went to Carriage Kia, I informed the Rusty that it may be weeks to months before I buy. I also told him that I did not want to be pressured. I gave him permission to follow up with me within 2 weeks. I did not hear from them prior to that call. I do not like to feel pressured to buy a vehicle. Carriage Kia did not pressure me. That is the main reason I went back into the dealership. I test drove several vehicles during my first visit. When I went back, I already had decided which vehicle I wanted. The only feature that the vehicle did not have was leather. I added leather and asked that it be installed as soon as possible since I was leaving town on Friday. I closed the deal Wednesday night and had the vehicle back Friday before going out of town. The salesperson definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I could not have bought a comparable SUV for what I paid for this vehicle. The entire staff was friendly from the first moment I walked in until I drove off after delivery. I would recommend Carriage Kia to anyone looking for a quality, affordable vehicle. I have driven several different vehicles over the years and I am very impressed with the new Kia's.

I was very impressed with how easy everything went because this was my first new car buying experience. The people were so helpful and everyone knew what they were doing! ( unlike another dealership that I had checked with before coming to Carriage )I will refer everyone I know to Carriage....Thanks for making this a GREAT experience.

We went to Gainsville in search for a used vehicle. I looked at a four runner and did not like that it had no room.. My friend had a kia so we went to "Look" at them and we we sat in one, drove a couple and was amazed at the room. I am 6 foot...So we picked out the one i liked best, drove it and as i was driving Rusty Sandberg my sales person was telling me all about it. The warranty cannot be matched and that is what sold me as i travel alot on the road with young children,and was very impressed! Rusty answered all my questions, said that he wanted to be friends before, during, and after the sale. I believe that Carriage Kia will do this. I felt very welcomed, the finace dept sat down and talked to us and got us the price we could afford. We were called and asked how we liked it a couple of days later. I would recommend Rusty as a sales person.. There was a woman there and a fiance mgr that was there and done a fabulous job, but i cannot remember their names. Sorry but you all was wonderful! Prices were great, and i dont believe i could have gotten a used one for the price of this new one.I would recommend a kia, and i am a die hard toyota/ chevy fan. You will be amazed at the power, room, and effiency of this car!!!!
