If it hadn't been for Grig Simpson I would have bought a HHR at another dealer. We were on our way to get the HHR and decided just to look at the KIA. (We just saw the dealership and pulled in.) The features I like about the KIA Soul are: 1. The guarantee for 60K/5 year. 2. The gas milage 3. The size was small enough to get me more garage space and still have interior room in the car. 4. The doors don't auto lock .... GREAT!!!! 5. The great introduction to the features of the KIA. Most other dealers hand you the key and you are done. Our phones were programed and all the the controls were explained. I'm 71 and this is a great help. Thanks, and we hope see you in a few thousand miles for a new car. Fred Baumann

My experience at Carriage Kia was the best car buying experience I've had. My sales agent, Stephanie, took time to get to know me and help determine which Kias would best meet my needs. There was no high pressure sales tactics, which is odd at car dealerships these days. She was very knowledgable about the products she sells and I was very happy to work with her on selecting a vehicle. The dealership allowed me to bring the vehicle home overnight so I could get a better feel for the vehicle than just the test drive provided. After researching the model online that evening, I felt like the pricing at Carriage Kia was far better than other local dealerships, so I feel that I got a great price on a great vehicle! I couldn't have been happier with my experience and have already recommended the dealership to others!

Chuck Melsness was great. I had not seen the Kia Optima before entering the dealership and had no idea what features, pricing, packages were offered. He knew more about the package options than his manager or the dealership owner. I was very impressed.

Tim Ingle was a great sales person, he went above and beyond. He went and brought the car to us so that we did not have to get out in the cold. He and his manager worked hard to get us the car we wanted at a price we could afford. I feel Mr. Ingle is a great sales person and should be rewarded for his work.

My experience with Carriage Kia was very pleasurable from the seller all the way through to the one who delivered us our vehicle. We were able to tell the dealership what we were wanting to trade in and what new vehicle we wanted and they catered to our every need. They put us in the vehicle we wanted and not one they needed to sell like some other experiences I have had in the past with other dealerships. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Carriage Kia and if and when I need another one I will come back to do it all over again. Thank you Carriage Kia staff for treating us like family. I have had 4 Kia's and I love the solidness of the car. We went back to carriage kia because of the last experience we had with then . Mr.Nottingham went far above our expectation. he listened to us and made us feel like we were extreemly important. we filled the time with talking about my grandchildren and our families. he did not pressure us. he was kind and caring to our needs he checked on us all the time he was trying to help us get a great price and a dependable car. then when the car was ready he had a very nice young lady show me the features and answered any questions I had. this has been the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I have already reccomended Kevin Nottingham to my friends and I will continue to do so.!

My husband and I came to the dealership to look at a used Tahoe. We looked at the Tahoe and several other used vehicles. The salesman, Tim Ingle, was very patient and knowlegdeable. He told us we could probably get into a new vehicle for about the same monthly cost of a used one. So we looked at the Sorento and loved it. The finance department was outstanding. The salesman, sales manager, and finance department stayed after closing to help us get the best interest rate and to close the deal. Everyone in the dealership gave outstanding customer service and were very friendly and were never pushey. I will highly recommend Carraige Kia to everyone I know.

I had a great experience at Carriage Kia in December. Kevin Nottingham was friendly and low pressure, the car seems to be a very solid product and I was satisfied with my purchase and sales experience. There was some confusion over the non-existence of a hard drive to store music in the vehicle, but we worked through it.
