Everyone seemed very eager to help me from the start. They sent a car to pick me up because I didn't have a way there after my old car broke down.My salesman, Dustin did everything he could to help get me financed for a price I could afford.There was another guy(wish I could remember his name), who showed me everything I needed to know about the car I bought before I drove it away. Dustin went above and beyond for me,and made a special trip to get paperwork signed by my cosigner. Thanks again...love the car!

Always had owned Toyota's but decided to look at a Kia this time. Had tried 2 other dealerships but I felt so comfortable at Carriage that I ended up driving my new car home on the first visit. Great deal and am very happy so far. Would definetly tell friends to visit if interested in shopping for a New or Used car.

Car buying can be a trying experience BUT not so with Carriage Kia. It's probably the easiest car buying time we've ever had. Dustin was patient, polite & knowledgable. All paper work was completed in a timely manner. Tony, who showed us all the ins and outs of our new car was very thorough. We bought six cars from here we r very happy with chuck and the way he handled our questions and concernes.... I would recommend chuck and his wife to my friends and family he trys his best and trys to do all he can.... even when we go in for simple oil changes or what have u the service department are very friendly....

This dealership bent over backwards for us. We have never had anyone bring out cars to us to try out. Greg and Brian was great. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. Brian was true to his word about getting the payments lower then what we was paying.

After seeing Kia ads, decided to take advantage of year-end deals. Gainesville area is closest and the Kia dealership was very, very helpful. They worked to help me get a good trade-in and monthly payment. Everyone was willing to assist in every way possible. I love my Kia Soul. I'm a granny and I think I look pretty youthful in it. Met the service department manager and he was very nice as well. I would highly recommend this dealership and the automobile to others.

the service was good the price could have been better the car i purchased was very well equiped and the saleman was very nice and helped me with any and all questions the finacing work well to help me and to answer all questions that i may have it was a good sale wade turner

I totaled my car in a weather related accident and really was dreading a car payment. I went to Kia knowing what I wanted, but Chuck was fabulous helping me get exactly what I wanted and at a price we could afford!!! Chuck was very friendly and wonderful to work with!
